So Tiote made over 4 times as many successful passes in that game than Cattermole. Yet the game passed HIM by.

He nearly swallowed his tongue when Cattermole challenged him early doors in the derby. He showed himself up that day, he was jumping down at every opportunity and the game completely passed him by. Tiote was a total passenger and was outplayer by Cattermole all game. 4. I love this one its one of those bets that makes all the papers If it comes off he'll be wishing he stick a quid on it. Yeah, he'd be devastated at winning a million quid. Million is nowt these days.

  9. Just seen that Carl Cort is in the Guyana squad to play Mexico on Friday.
  10. I'd definitely take Gourcuff on the cheap. Not gonna happen though.

Sunderland man. Warra pile of shite.
  13. On the plus side though, that lass they sent to Eurovision was ridiculous. Can't think of anything else in their favour. Angelos Charisteas probably fucked their economy as well. Everything can be traced back to that ill-fated tournament. Sometimes I think maybe the economic slump is karma for the footballing AIDS of 2004. Charisteas missed the cut this time around. They've actually got two diminutive, skillful players in Ninis and Fetfatzidis that are quite interesting. Inevitably however, they don't play them.
  14. Brilliant, brilliant doc though.
  15. Greece have got some promising defenders coming through too
  16. The real problem in that group is that the Greeks exist. I am sick of them to be quite honest. Euro 2004 was bad enough but they've bored everybody to fuck at two tournaments since. Really dull side.
  17. I was hoping he'd come and fill us in. I think he's at the tournament though, isn't he? From an outsider I think they've fallen on their feet a bit as they've had a very good striker and goalkeeper burst onto the scene over the last 18 months.
