They well and truly stitched the old cunt up. Delighted they had the balls to do it.

I thought it was lol-a-licious.

A chance at revenge! Although I'd rather not.

He looked alreet the couple of times he played for Man U, but it was hard to judge because he wasn't tested defensively at all. Difference between him and Bardsley/Simpson is that he's capped up through England youth levels. Then again that doesn't mean much. Guthrie never got a single cap while plenty of pants players have done.

All caused by the Wikipedia edit.

We were linked to that Fryers from Man U, 19 year old left back/centre back who is dallying on a contract. No idea how good he is but he might be a good option, but if he's leaving Man U's bench I doubt he'll be wanting to come and sit on ours.
-
Sort of agree. I think it's wishful thinking to have a fullback who is good and completely natural in that position willing to sit on the bench.

The video is the one on Cabaye's website. Potential signings get hyponotized by his sexy voice and dashing good looks. Only risk is that they end up signing for Lille by accident, no such risk with Da Boosh Eee.

It's in the journal. http://www.journallive.co.uk/nufc/newcastle-united-news/2012/05/21/danny-simpson-being-monitored-by-fulham-fc-61634-31010593/#ixzz1vUL5Kn1z

Kieron Dyer just got a new 1 year deal. He played 7 minutes last season.
-
All the others will be desperate to avoid us from pot 4.

Looks like it was a fake, FFS, ESPNsoccernet posted it on their Twitter account.
-
Hazard signs for Man U.
-
There appears to be more viable options to sign at right back than left back.
-
Medicals are largely subjective anyway. Ba failed one at Stoke but passed at West Ham and here.
-
Yeah because everything that goes on in football is legit and totally above board. Maiga deal falls through amid confusion from his party, only for us to then sign our first choice immediately after. Far too perfect.
-
Really don't think that failed medical was completely legit like. Sounds to me like we found out about the possibility of signing Cissé while we were in the process of doing the Maiga deal and pulled out. Beforehand we'd been priced out.

You've forgotten what happened the seven years prior? In all honesty the league has always been extremely competitive, even then. The biggest game in Dijon's history today, and Rennes completely eviscerated them, 5-0. They are going down along with Caen. metz relegated to the third tier aswell. My old French teacher was a Metz fan. He'll be gutted, last time I spoke to him Franck Ribery was on their books. Former club of Papisto and IIRC we signed Bassong from them?

Yeah, if you go from 1993 (when the CL and all the money came in) Ligue 1 comfortably beats out all the other major leagues for competitiveness. 9 different winners despite Lyon's spell. Ligue 2 is a very compeitive division too. It will be good to see Reims in the top flight considering their history.

Genuinely don't get why midds bothers his arse with that place.

i wonder what will happen in the next 5 ? Sadly we both know the answer to that.
