Have no real team tbh. I somehow like that Augsburg (where I live near to) survived and will stay in the Bundesliga for another season. Apart from that, I just love how well Dortmund are doing, I love their coach - Jürgen Klopp - and some of their players are just top notch. But I've got no real favourite, just hate Bayern. Only game I've ever seen in Germany was Dortmund v Augsburg funnily enough. Both seemed liked decent sets of fans.

I like Ba as a footballer and a person though (as far as I can for not actually knowing him personally). Williamson, I have no real problem with. I dislike Simpson as a footballer and a person. In that sense I am biased - quite happy to admit that. So you like Ba but don't know him personally but don't like Simpson whilst, again, not knowing him personally. Sound logic.

I take your point totally and we clearly hold different points of view - it would be boring if we didn't. Playing devils advocate though - put it in another context though; by making those goal line clearances Simpson was doing the job he is paid (very highly - and that is a completely different debate) to do properly. Whereas, in the last second of the Arsenal game Simpson failed to fulfil his duties properly. If a surgeon is negligent and a patient dies whilst he is operating, he cannot point to the fact that he had completed a number of previous operations successfully in order to exonerate himself from blame. Same way as when I work part time in a restaurant; if I am busy and forget to take an order from a table, I expect a bollocking from my employer - I can't say well every other time I've taken orders and done it very well. You say Simpson's just doing the job he paid to do...have you watched Rafael trying to defend?

One of Simpson's finest moments. If we miss out to Arsenal I will hold Simpson totally responsible. That may be an overreaction/irrational etc. but the fact is the job was done, we had won a point there. Then Danny decided to take an appalling throw in then hit the deck. If we'd won any of the games we've lost we'd be ahead of Arsenal. Its a rubbish attitude to have, if you want to pick a scapegoat on that basis there's plenty to choose from and all would be stupid.

Without reading the article, the criticism of Swansea (in general) is way too harsh. The aim of all newly promoted teams is to stay up and they've done that with ease. Its all well and good saying its a waste of time and that but there's no evidence to say if they went more direct they'd be more successful. Its the same argument made against Barcelona after they've won a trophy every 20 games or something under Guardiola.
