Was a lad at my Christmas work do the other night who looked like Obertan, stayed well clear. I actually think he's done alright so far, been fairly threatening.

Seems a bit harsh that he got to start against the 3 best teams in the country and isn't being used against lesser sides, particularly if he doesn't get on for more than ten minutes today.

Obertan aside, that's as good as could be expected, fair do's. Hope Ben Arfa gets at least half an hour though.

What a pointless statement. Well I think he's saying he's fallible. He forgets that most of the people reading will have seen him play football so are all too aware of this fact.

I just find it boring. Same goes for The Times. Excuse the cretinous word choice but the banter is better on say the Ramble. With the Ramble I did the same thing I always do when I discover something late - fell in love with it, listened to it far too much, got bored of it, hated it, then developed a more logical view of it. When it's funny it's really funny and I look forward to it every week again now.

Have I missed something? Are we publishing the minutes from every single meeting at the club now and I've missed it? In situations like this, newspaper reports and little snippets from manager and player are all we have to go on.

I don't think that even comes into it anymore, I can't ever envisage a situation where we accept a big money offer for a player and they stubbornly refuse to leave the club as a matter of principle.
