not-world class players are shit some of the time. Sometimes even 50/50. I don't mind Burn starting if Eddie is willing to step in when it's not working out.

It's true. We've all been rightly sympathetic to Howe having to deal with all of the injuries etc. But then we'll call a player out, like most have with Sean, despite the him having to go through what Howe has but as a player. There are a bunch of players who are running on empty. I'm thankful he's stayed fit during this time and helped contribute to our recent wins.

Hello Michael! Nah, I get that with the OTT posts. Like I said earlier, fuck knows what Howe can do. We know this approach will win us the odd game, and then leave us knackered for the following 2/3 games. It's a shit cycle.

I think for the most part people are suggesting subs are made as a means to get ahead of fatigue and injury crisis.

He's good on the ball, decent at defending and when he was in the mood carried the ball really well up the wing. I thought he had the tools to at least be a regular but he seems really passive about not playing etc. At least thats the impression I get looking in from the outside. I mean, I like not putting in a shift as much as the next pleb, but to have made it to the top league and not seem fussed seems a shame. I liked him.

He had a lot of qualities to be decent. Seems from a fans POV like he wasn't that driven? A bit passive about his football career.

It may be frustration, but I'm about ready to suggest fucking off anyone who can't stay fit in the summer The ability to be fit should be up there with having the right personality etc. Also, if you're not happy having Ritchie/Dummett/Gillespie on the bench, then don't offer them contract extensions. I'm turning heel.
