Just like how buying a better player would improve us, so would employing a better manager. That's how I see it. We should be looking to improve in every position, and I'd argue management is a pretty vital position to a team.

Do you not agree Pardew is a sub-par manager? He wasn't rated long before he came here and he won't be after he leaves. He was a shock appointment because no one in their right mind would have ever considered him for this job. If we get a better manager, we will improve. It's simple.

No. He always seems to start the season strongly (he's been doing well so far too), and disappear as the season goes on. It doesn't help that he's often played outside of his favored position, but he doesn't impose himself in games as he should. Crying shame.
