Can't even wear mine in the house without feeling like a massive charver

He would have also been really useful (had he stayed fit) through large parts of the season.

Palmer again.

Heed 2-0
I always say 2-0 in the voice of that mental commentator they've got.

BTW, did anyone else know Everton have comfortably the fourth best defensive record in the league at the moment? Conceded 7 fewer than Spurs and Villa and 6 fewer than Man U.
They can't score, but still impressive.
Sean Dyche innit. Looks good in isolation but when you consider they've got about 45% of the goals we've got...

That was lush from Palmer

Nicholas Jackson is like Amazon Basics Isak

Beto should have had that in the net

I hate Everton as much as the next guy, but a founding member of the EFL, and one of the oldest clubs in the UK going into administration, and potentially going out of business isn't a something to be happy or excited about. It is a damning indictment of everything that is wrong with football and the way it is currently set up.
But Froggy told us that the rules are good

He's definitely not made for punditry that's for sure
I am surprised at this.

We're not a charity with a moral obligation to look at players who have fallen from grace who were once considered a great prospect. He's had a canny season for Luton, that's his level.
-
Nah, the error to release a design clearly showing a number 4 on every shirt was horrendous.

I see what you're saying, but I don't think Isak is the type of striker to push that hard, as I could see him start breaking down if so.
When we've had both Isak and Wilson available, they were both being rotated quite consistently and both were firing on all cylinders. Could see a similar approach going forward if we had the right kind of options at striker.
I don't see any other option tbh. Nobody good enough is coming to be backup (even to someone as good as Isak) for anything other than half a season, a year maybe if they're young. This is why it's imperative that we're in Europe every year from here imo.

That fucker scored a hattrick against us and hasn't been seen since.
He looked absolutely class that day, thought he was on for a proper Harry Kane style breakthrough season.

God forbid we'd try something different.

I guess it just counts as expenditure in the same way weekly wages and flat transfer fees do.

This works great in FM.
In reality they eat a big signing on fee and their wages prove prohibitively high unless it's a youngster signed on the cheap.
Aye, I was suggesting it a little tongue in cheek. I seem to remember Tielemans wanting 10 mil to sign for Villa
-
We should just sign every semi-decent or better free transfer available to us and flip them a year later if they're no good for a few million.

He would be a brilliant signing.
Dunno like, my Man City supporting mate reckons he's been one of their worst ever signings.
Seen him a few times and he does look poor in that side, giving the ball away often.

An elite right sided forward.

No game for us on the weekend really helps here. Think we hammer them.
