not sure why Di Matteo would accept that myself, if he leaves now its as good as its going to get for him, champions league and fa cup winning manager and could easily get himself a good job. However a 12 month contract as it seems he's taking a risk to his reputation without even the nice paycheck for when Roman gets bored and decides to spice things up by sacking him.
