Well for the price of a Henderson, we have got a: Tiote, Cabaye, Ben Arfa, Ba*, Gosling, Best, Simpson, Williamson. With around £5m left to stick on black. Not bad *If he does sign. christ when its put like that puts how crazy the Henderson deal was, thats almost a complete 11 and not a bad one either

thats where i utterly disagree, this was an obvious attempt to make it look like they were doing something without any serious intent to sign him, if looking at it logically I can't see how they could pay his wages

Sounds more like the 2 davids bidding to say "look who we're trying to get in, go buy a season ticket and see him and much more" than any serious intent to sign him

I had this discussion on here before when Newcastle were linked with him and my opinion is still the same,IMO he is very over-rated and if he is coming to be our main striker then I'd be very,very worried. Best thing for him would be to stop at Ipswich for at least another season and get some experience,he has only been starting games properly for about a year and would have to improve massively to start games for Liverpool or any other mid-table PL team for that matter. agree with this actually
