would take some balls to take on that Cardiff job with the rebuild needed there
-
...............yes
-
not worthy of a thread tbh Don't see where he'd fit in with us already having Cabaye Tiote Nolan Guthrie and Barton
-
Westwoods a good keeper from what I've seen of him tbh, they could do much worse than getting him in for free and moving on Gordon. Wouldn't have N'Gog or Gibson myself as I don't rate them and know nothing about the Korean fella Gardner would be a good signing for them though
-
hes been picking up injurys a lot for the last few seasons latest one has him missing start of the season
-
bit injury prone (well by bit I mean very)
-
Gordon would hardly be a surprise tbh with them eyeing up Westwood
-
90% of them have been adamant about it on their forums for weeks now. New bullshit rumours about it are invented & spread by Villa fans over twitter on a daily basis. Becoming extremely tiresome. Can smell the desperation seeping through my laptop. can you blame them, I mean Alex McLeish I'd be clinging to any faint unrealistic hope I could too

KazLuaLua Kazenga LuaLua Tweets running thin .. been busy. looks like a deal is almost done. Thanks to everyone for their support...

True, he's a good player but not the world beater he's often hyped to be. Very good defender but his distribution and forward play are often shoddy. Talk of him being good enough for Barcelona is, quite frankly, ridiculous. oddly from what I was listening to over the weekend the report Liverpool have on him is excellent going forward shakey defensively which really confused me since hes one of the best left backs at defending
-
long may he continue to be unnoticed love him to bits my (otherwise quite intelligent on football matters) mates who support other clubs still don't rate him
-
its how they survive, and tbf they've done a very good job not only of getting big fee's for their players but also in keeping a semi decent side together while doing it and not being relegated
-
Just on talksport Villa believe they can speak to McLeish without compensation (birmingham haven't actually accepted his resignation) dear god they're going to appoint him aren't they
-
would love Meireles here (will sadly never happen) utter madness to replace him with Adam, Seems like there might be a bit of a culling of non British players at Liverpool this summer
-
Ireland was rank in that game, think it was his debut as well. where he was played that game didn't help, as I recall he was in the holding position which if you've ever watched him play is utterly the wrong position for him
-
I wouldn't be surprised to wake up tomorrow and find he's 1/100 favourite. FWIW, McLeish resigned because he's not being consulted on transfer policy. They signed that utter fucking scutter Marlon King behind his back and have told Dann, Johnson and Foster they can go. something the acting chairman disagrees on, he says the players they've signed have been on McLeish's say so. meanwhile daft rumours over twitter that moyes has resigned
-
come on we can't be the only ones who see him as utterly ordinary
-
just waiting for the its all arsene wengers fault line by the media
-

To who? dunno but his agents apparently been told he's been sold to raise cash
-
if they do appoint him I will be putting money on Villa going down
-
