all he ever does is complain. one thing I read today in the local rag is an article on the hughton situation and while most of it was garbage (the writer thinks we'd actually want bruce if the managers job was open the moron) there was one bit that was bang on and it was about bruce, why is he considered a top manager? hes done fuck all his entire management career other than tread water and the occasional mid table finish and has spent a fair bit at the scum and they still are fairly shit.

its hard to believe that boumsong was the one that cost 8m and williamson cost 1.5m max based on respective performances. fucking souness
-
is it really rational to just jump and hand out a deal when the jobs not done yet? good article on the guardian website about said topic http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2010/nov/05/chris-hughton-contract-newcastle
-
have to say its a clever bit of deflection by bruce though, sunderland fans love a chance to proclaim themselves our betters in any which way you can think of so rather than discuss how terrible his team and tactics were they know go those classless mag bastards blah blah blah etc etc
-
bless they're all terribly upset by the pa playing a song and the crowd taking the piss out of them

e-mails into the irish coverage "no reason liverpool can't win europa league and the prem" i love deluded e-mails
-
nah if liverpool win sunday then its a revival and 4-2 otherwise its as is. 5-1 if liverpool get mangled by chelsea
-
so according to irish commentary of the match bringing gerrard on at half time was great management.......... really id call it despeate throw of the dice
-
normally i never condone injuring a player however if napoli could leave a leg in on gerrard that would be fantastic
-
typical lucky lucky liverpool
-
so now liverpool are playing without a striker
-
lucas coming on, theres a game changing sub..............
-
they really have no one else do they just gerrard

I agree, however people were complaing about Arsenal's 2nd goal the other night when their offside striker took out Williamson. well theres a difference between bedneter totaling willo from an offside pos while he tried to get back and shola lounging in an offside pos doing nowt
-
how did he miss that
-
no they ain't that civilized yet
-
First sign that they are going the cheap route with youth development and all that guff. Personally I think his main job will be overlooking the transition from Hodgson to the next manager. Ladies and gentlemen, met your new *ahem*......."Director of Football Strategy"..... What the fuck does that mean btw? means they don't want woy buying or selling the players i think
-
shola would have had 2 hat tricks by now
-
this can't really be chris hughton can it........ http://twitter.com/#!/Chris_Hughton

one of nolans biggest strengths is his movement in the box which is superb, he just has a knack for finding space and time for himself
-
It would be, if he actually played in midfield. Last year he spent most of the time as a second striker. Not knocking the importance of his goals, but he's not been playing midfield in anything like the traditional sence of the word. Deep striker at best. its better than 1 in 3 which is a good ratio for any player
