  1. Kaká linked with City and Chelsea. As reckons he'll be sold in the summer.
  2. Yes, Adriano. Old photo though, they claimed they were toy guns IIRC.
  3. Why Does He Start Every Word With Capitals?
  4. Really I don't care much about the "violence" aspect of it but for the utter un-sporting nature of it. You've won the cup, don't mock the poor sod that will relive that moment over and over for weeks to come. It was utterly classless.
  5. Ferguson Aha, saw it reported as Bowyer yesterday. Would suit him tbf.
  6. It was extremely twattish by Bowyer though. Gracious in victory and all that.
  7. We'll never know, but the fact Ballesté and Samper refused the move makes me think he didn't engineer anything and just did his job
  8. If you don't allow this to affect yourselves too much, I think you have a good chance of winning the PL to be frank. Better run-in than ManU. But even if you beat us I think there are still too many big sides in the CL for you to win it. Reckon the likes of Real Madrid and ManU would do you on a two legged affair or the final.
  9. That's a skewed view of it. Pere Guardiola also reps the two other players that were approached by Arsenal and refused the move. He says he advised Toral to stay but once his client told him he wanted the move he had to serve his client and not Barça.
  10. Javi Navarro, always the cunt. What a tosser.
  11. That was clearly a ball for the keeper to be frank. Kos fumbles it, but the keeper (notice how I'm avoiding spelling that damn name) should be yelling mine! and rushing out. A ball that goes in the space between the keeper and a CB is always for the keeper since he has a better view.
  12. Just saw the LC highlights. Bowyer patting Koscielny after the goal, what a twat
  13. Capello's Spanish was pretty good and he learnt it fast, but Italians seem to have little trouble picking it up.
  14. I think Wenger does an awful lot of things right, but you really need to mix it up. We have a homegrown spine but go out to buy the Eto'os, Villas, Alves, etc... of this world. You can't aspire to develop your entire squad.
  15. Just came back and saw that Arsenal have somehow managed to lose this Really...
  16. Joaquín is in great form this season, chuffed he's managed to make a comeback
  17. That said, Depor are one of the most negative teams in la Liga. Still I don't fault teams going defensive when the odds are lopsided. Their duty is to win points, not stuff up big teams' highlights DVDs.
  18. That's a pretty light pedigree compared to most big clubs in the world (the six-year old thing isn't poaching at all, their parents approached us for the trial). Also the crux of the fact here is they are exploiting a loophole that makes Spanish clubs defenseless. Wasn't actually Lamela the Argie in question?
  19. Good luck today you child robbing cunts btw
  20. With Salvio last year and possibly Lamela Atlético seem to be trying to use the Agüero transfer as a template - which was a huge success. Buy hot Argentine starlet before he develops enough for the true big guns to notice. Argentine players seem to do way better if they move early, in my opinion, gets them used to the pace in European football. Madrid is a very argie-friendly city too. Same language, big Argentine community, and tons of daily flights to Buenos Aires.
  21. Atlético linked with a move for Erik Lamela, apparently had a €18m bid refused. Is he as good as the hype?
  22. Welcome to how teams have been setting up against us since 2009. Have fun.
  23. Slightly worse point ratio than Pellegrini so far.
  24. There was some timid fan and media unrest during January but it died down when they made the cup final. The fortress mentality thing is also helping to get fans onboard with him, as amusing as the sight of Real Madrid playing victim is for everybody else in Spain.
  25. Immense week for us, I really didn't expect Madrid to drop points and this cushion could prove massive on our runup to El Clásico (we got Valencia, Sevilla, Villarreal away coming up before the Bernabéu game). Glad that we got a decent win with all the players missing.
