This has been my thought. If the Italian FA bans him for betting on matches I'm sure he would be banned here by UEFA or English FA. If Italian prosecutors ban him for using an illegal site in Italy, no way would the club comply with that.

This is basically how I felt about it, too. Went in expecting to hate it, but was pleasantly surprised. It still has no business being a Premier League stadium, but they've done a decent job of mitigating that. Very American concourse, too. I think we stumbled into Two More Years after the match and it was a great atmosphere.

The roar for the last bit of the CL anthem was really incredible. I'll never forget that and I was just watching it on TV. Set the stage for the atmosphere the rest of the night.

Perhaps it's a forrin thing but I've always loved the white shorts and the idea of them being for Europe or the CL. It's fun to change things up occasionally, and now they've become iconic.
