  1. The Ba one could have been called, there was a definite push on him. Nothing in the Ben Arfa challenge.

Class, what's this about? Love Woody. Got in a fight in the tunnel with a Sunderland fitness coach or physio.
  3. If things go as expected, we have a real chance of finishing above them. I can't see Di Matteo bringing much better results then AVB.

    Alan Pardew

Which game did you watch today? The second half. But the first.... Yeah, it was awful. Maybe I'm being naive, but there's no way Pardew hasn't learned his lesson after that.

  6. I could be wrong, but they didn't discuss Turner's handball at all on ESPN. Clear as day and yet nothing is given. pretty sure the commentators caught it They mentioned it live, no talk of it in the post-game.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Tbf, a flair player losing the ball isn't exactly a dodgy moment. Not every pass forward can be successful.

    Just called out Stoke

    Hatem Ben Arfa

One of his best performances at NUFC. Can't wait for him to start next weekend...

I think we've finally broken through though, and dare I say it, the hoofball is over.
  11. Ba did look devastated. That's alright, he'll bang them in against Arsenal.

    Shola Ameobi

He had the flu, has to Shola "Michael Jordan" Ameobi. Same number, too!
  13. Oh good, so we all felt that way then? Because I definitely did.
  14. Pardew deserves criticism for starting like that, but also credit for changing it (even though we all would've done it). I'll be happy enough for the rest of the day, and encouraged going forward, assuming Pardew will finally, finally adjust. And well done Shola Ameobi OBE.
  15. Well, good end to the half (and beginning), but it's fucking shit that we come into a home derby with tactics that not only limit the team, but are detrimental to the team. Constantly giving away the ball, gap between midfield and strikers, constantly bypassing midfield, no movement, etc., etc. Hopefully the end of the half was a sign of things to come.
