How poor we were during that PSR deadline day has made my mind up that we have to leave SJP behind and build a new stadium. We have to avoid selling our best players to rivals in oreder to generate revenue. Having a stadium that generates income is one of the way to get the club to compete financially with others and I don't see a minor expansion to SJP can do that. Leazes Park or Castle Leazes are just about acceptable locations to replace the current site for me. Hopefully, who our owners are, and even with people.like Eales from his Atlanta days, we'll not get a typical modern stadium but get something really, really top class that the we have not seen yet on our shores. Better than even Spurs' hopefully.

Saw him as the first player off the plane after Southgate. A good 5 minutes before the rest of the players came off. The rest came down in a group. He came off alone with just some backroom staff. Probably looking too much into it but unless he was seated near the exit, a bit weird he got off it early and separated from the rest. I got the home shirts for my kids the other day with name and numberings on the back. After looking at it several times up close, I can't help wonder would it have been better if the blank back was black instead of white. Would probably have made the numbers and letters look more like stripes and us looking less like Fulham. Not good with photoshopping so no idea how it would acfually look like. Still shit compared to striped back of course.

If this.means we are getting good news regarding investments into.the club like stadium redevelopment or something, then so be it. Will forever be grateful to her for what she has done to save the club. It is now time for us to grow and she can now sit back and enjoy it as a fan too without affecting her financial and health side hopefully.

I juat watched a bunch of videos of Everton's new stadium. Yeah, the stadium design itself is nothing that we have not seen before but the location itself is going to be something nice, especially night games. Which broght me to think of SJP. Cathedral on the hill, dead center, surrounded by the entire city, night games have always been special, both to the match going fans as well as viaually on TV when there are aerial shots of the stadium. Then when I thought about it, if Option C was not going to happen for us, and we would have to move, which other location would get an aesthetic feeling similar to SJP? The arena site would have been great. Imagine a 5.30 kick off with the sun going down, aerial shot of the stadium with the bridges in the background would be visually stunning as would a night game too of course. I can't think of any other site apart from that and also our current one that would give you that special feeling for night games.

Think he'll be a massive player for us this season. Possibly signing of the summer. He's had 1 year to settle and adapt in a new country and environment. Most likely has been readied in training to adapt to what Eddie wants him to do and fit into the team. You could see when he did play last season, there were things he need to adjust and adapt to plus his own personal issues could have hindered how he performed. Now that all these issues are behind him, he can really put his footdown and do what he does best. Influential player to the team if Eddie plays him right. Can't wait to see the real Sandro playing for us.
