Like fuck am I going to read an article that start with "This is all starting to feel a bit Mike Ashley." He can get to fuck with that sort of bullshit

While this window hasn't been great, he still has been given a bit hospital pass, so personally given how good he's been at other clubs, I'm willing to let it slide, if it happens again that's a different story. His strength does seem to be about identifying talent, and given how far into the window we where when he joined with targets already identified its probable he's not been able to mold the scouting department to how he'd want, or he has done so but it'll be future windows where you notice the effects of it. So I'm hoping going forward we start to sign players from the continent who fit the mold of those he signed for other clubs, and it'll be that he's judged on. One positive of this window is that we now have some PSR head room to follow that plan.

Any article that quotes Alex Hurst immediately gets discounted in my books

You mean apart from the fact the Palace chairman went live on Sky Sports news and discussed the deal.
-
The hagrid thing is because he supposedly went to the playoffs final with his mates and was dressed in fancy dress as Hagrid.

Think that's the coldest statement I've seen is release like

Given how shit Twitter's search algorithm is, that's a must have been some scroll-a-thon you just did. Fair play

Not bringing someone in doesn't equate to their being issues between staff behind the scenes and isn't the smoking gun you think it is as it's just conjecture.

There is literally no evidence to suggest Mitchel is about to walk, and this mystical 3rd DOF is going to appear. Other than one Hope article, there isn't much to say Howe and Ashworth didn't get along. And there is no evidence to say there a major issues behind the scenes at the moment.

Or maybe you're preaching something that the majority just don't think is true? Myself being one of them.

I know it's not intended that way, but posts like this feel like a kid screaming because they want a new shiny toy, and they want it now.

How do we know that, everything about the Guehi saga came from the Palace end, we're very tight lipped when it comes to transfer targets.

I see we've reached "Everything this club has done is a failure" part of the Window.

Exactly, think he answered the question perfectly, and gave some reasons as to why its been tough. Certainly not a bullshit answer.

It was an impact injury, someone's hip crushed into his thigh, at the time it looked like a dead leg, so glad that's the case.

I was just thinking of responding to this post from Abacus with something along the lines of "No ones compares him to Hitler yet, you could do that" but here you are comparing it to the third Reich.

And that was because his mother died by all accounts too.

Again, that is literally just conjuncture, infact Howe said on Tuesday he has a good relationship with Mitchell.

I feel like it says something that the Americans are the one that seem to take everything so rationally. Then again that may be because your clubs can move the other side of the country on a dime
-
Absolutely, look at this squad for the Wolves game just before the takeover, can't you see RW was the absolute priority that needed solving:

Do you know what a sure fire way to get people to agree with your point? Calling them dense needlessly.

I feel like as i'm getting older I just can't be arsed with negativity anymore, like objectively it'll be a poor window if we don't sign anyone, there is no disputing it, and a couple of years ago i'd probably be upset, but right now, I really just don't have the energy in me to care that much about it. Like realistically we still have owners who want us to improve, the club will still be here in 5 years, with a likely new set of players, and the world will keep on spinning, with this transfer window having been forgotten. So i'm just sat here reading all the angry posts being very "Meh, whatever, these things happen". Is it just me like that?
