Yohan Cabaye (now sporting coordinator at Paris Saint-Germain)

About time, Its where he will be most effective! -
I thought his forward movement and passing was fantastic today, He gets the ball moving quicker than most in the middle. Only thing that lets him down is that he is like a cannon when he sprays the ball to the wings, Our players have fantastic first touches to deal with the pace on them ha.

Saw this martin o'neil-esque whingey fuck nugget getting on coach at marriot in gosforth, Should of went round the roundabout hurling abuse at him now i think about it. most abject away performance ive seen from a team at st james' this season. -
Will we qualify for the Champions League? Sadly not...

Even when we are sitting possibly on the verge of CL football not one of us can accept it. Us newcastle fans have had our fingers burnt one too many times and now we are just scared too dream for the fear of being mocked by everyone. Im so excited but patiently waiting for the massive let down im used too . Either way this has been a tremendous season for us and we are almost guaranteed some form of european football so onwards and upwards -
This shirt just looks so cheap even before you look at the stupid jagged lines, Just give us a basic striped shirt with a collar for gods sake, its not hard!
-
just expanding on this point, What is the arrangements for tickets? Will we be looking at most points or something?

http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showpost.php?p=12360333&postcount=123 Dear oh dear, but more so later on he says he didnt even know which club we bought ben arfa from so that shows how "internationally reknown he is". So because some hick mackem didnt know where ben arfa was from obviously the rest of the world is of the same opinion, ignorance is bliss over on wearyside.

RTG is like one of them silly boats where they used to gather mentally challenged people on a boat and set it to sail without a captain or anything, they just float along feeding off each others bitter non sensical ramblings with no one keeping them in check. Makes for good reading though

Just the Tee O Tee O Tay one iirc. never heard it sung like it never really gathers much pace, pity

R.i.p Gary, gave us toon fans some unforgettable memories and will be sorely missed. Was just starting to form something good with a young and exciting Wales.

To think players can find relative peace in the goldfish bowl, isn't it ironic. On topic I think santon can become a good player here, no real expectations so he can play worry free hopefully.
-
I think that's pretty much going over the line. Can't see it. Why not? No history involved there so might aswell make it to fit our new sponsor next season. Also there is no money in shirt sales according to dekka so they won't be arsed if you buy it or not. There are no lines left to cross if you listen to some people, just accept and move on, progress [/sarcasm in abundance]

Well maybe nike will take on shirt manufacturing aswell as sponsor aswell as stadiun naming rights, puma is up end of the season?
-
God imagine the council putting up a tourist sign or something right I front of the current stadium wall with st James park on and slightly covering the SDA. haway Newcastle council pull your finger out and make it happen
-
To die is best compliment I could give mike ashley, he has once again taken away the enjoyment and feel good factor of supporting nufc for apparently no reason, I mean it's almost suicide considering our next fixtures and current position, why get everyone on your case now?. I can only suggest he enjoys playing devils advocate.
-
didn't llamblias say last week the club makes nothing from retail, or something to that effect? that being the case why would they give a f*** if the fans stop buying shirts? Literally nothing? I just find it hard to believe they make nothing from shirt sales. But I stand corrected.
-
Moneys money and why disadvantage yourself when we are supposedly strapped for cash, probably because we are not but anything to justify naming rights I guess Oh yes he is. He's classless and a grade A cunt but he's a buisnessman first and foremost, Money is his language.
-
I still don't think fat boy is silly enough to do that, he knows the brand is disliked and Newcastle have never really had a problem shifting replica gear so unless he wants to lose out on more money I just can't see it, plus sponsorship from anyone other than SD means actual money, not imaginary sponsorship.

Something like the St.James o2 Arena is a possibility then. They can't call it the o2 Arena as thats already taken! o2@sportsdirect arena 2 birds one stone, should be 20mil worth of advertising there, everybody happy

Then why has he just put them signs up? Surely he would wait for the name change?. Apologies if this has been covered, i only read this page!

Brother bought the 95 one and its a fantastic effort like, material is a bit thin and it sits funny on you but cracking effort none the less. 80's ones are far better quality though and that bluestar is amazing
-
Sorry if it has been mentioned elsewhere but when I had a little stroll around the club store I noticed they are flogging 94/95 remakes aswell as some of the 80's shirts with the brown ale/blue star sponsorships on. Think they are done by score draw and they don't have the branding on such as adidas on the 94 one but other than that they ain't that bad a replica. £25 I think
