"Why can't things go against the mags for once?! Why do they have to be so lucky consistently?!"
after we win the Championship, a league we were relegated to less than a year ago.
I think we'll sign a couple of wingers and get rid of both.
I just cannot see Benitez signing a player he rarely played ahead of - as Sewelly says - a 30 year old Yoan Gouffran we tried to peddle last summer ahead of a Championship season
I know he's still pretty young and it's only around ~£6m like.
I cannot see why not if we're short on the wings like. I certainly cannot see why Rafa would choose to buy a player for £6m ahead of him who he clearly rates less.
To me it's a no brainer tbh, although it depends on what Rafa wants to sign.
I'd agree like. Benitez choosing Gouffran over him every week in the Championship doesn't give him much hope for the Premiership though. If anything I'd expect us to offer Gouffran a new contract.
I like Atsu despite his inconsistency though.
His form noticeably picked up and he got better at a time in the season when a lot of others got worse for some reason, he's a big reason we're Champions. Before Christmas I'd have happily sacked him off.
Got nothing to do with the league. This would happen in the Premier League.
No it wouldn't, he doesn't ref in the premier league.
No, he's been charged by the FA not the Football league. Managers across all the professional leagues have a clear requirement that they can't talk about referees before a game. Mourinho got fined for it last season.

how weak minded do the FA think their referees are. It's borderline offensive.
So they've punished him for nothing whilst simultaniously avoiding a question the should be answering, as highlighted by the fact Kevin Friend, as a Leicester fan, was pulled from a Spurs match last year
