Our 'flair players' are having their careers ruined by the man who's supposed to be managing them. This was Marveaux's 3rd pointless cameo appearance this month, coming on with 20 minutes to go when we were 2-0 down. The other 2 were against Chelsea (3-0 down with 5 minutes to go) and Sunderland (2-0 down with 15 minutes to go). You have to go back to September for his last league appearance before the mackems.

It doesn't matter how good any player looks in training, as long as they are training and are in shape why would it?

I kna He was a massive factor for us staying up last season and he and Cisse won us a few vital points. He also was by far our best player on the pitch when on form. He's not a great footballer by any means, he has far too many negatives to his game for that, but he can bring something that we sorely lack.

He should be banging on the managers door, demanding to be played, putting in 100% in training. I bet he's not. Err, I suppose he should be, aye. It's a moot point though as he shouldn't have been left out in the cold in the first place. And playing players who look good in trining and are banging on the managers door everyday is why we're playing Shola Ameobi.

Yeah sames. The high points of the game are pretty epic like, as they're capable of producing pieces of play that no other side in the world is capable of, but the vast majority of the match is boring to watch imo. I turned the game off at half time yesterday. They're no more boring than 90% of other games mind, I just don't find them to be a must watch whenever they're on the tele.

I'll accept that. I'd accept a more positive attacking mentality even if it meant slightly more sporadic league form tbh. I've never been so bored supporting the club in my life. We could very well finish in the top 8 and it would honestly feel no different than if we'd finished 14th.

I've defended him against daft, unfair criticisms. Like I said though, you won't find any posts where I praise the fucker. You've skewed just about every stat possible to try and paint him as, at the very least, an average manager for us who's "hands are tied". To say that all you've done is "defend him against daft, unfair criticisms" is being kind like, you've defended him at every corner, even to the point of bringing HBA's pass/touch % Not saying you haven't made good points along the way, or that the opposing argument has always been watertight, but saying "he's a twat" and "Ashley won't get anyone better" every now and then doesn't nullify the fact that you've opposed the vast majority of negative opinions against him.

Under Ashley we'd likely get another English journeyman nowhere near good enough for the club, but the odds are shortening by the day that he can be any worse than the daft cunt who has been battered 3-0 in consecutive home games to the fucking mackems. We might have a chance of seeing players like Hatem Ben Arfa playing in a black and white shirt too, which would be great.

It really is a simple concept to understand. If we lose to Villa though, because of Pardew, then I imagine the margin in the poll would be even greater if the question was asked again. That is not the same as saying, now, "would you lose the next 2 games if it meant Pardew was sacked." I would mind.
