I think it's safe to say the directors test is either very close to concluding or it already has based on what Caulkin said. It's going to be next week, possibly even the week after before we hear anything but everything still points to this getting the green light.

George Caulkin said on Tuesday that he expected the O&D test to be complete on Wednesday. Then the transfer of funds can take a few days (2 to 5 days by some accounts). If all of the above is true it could be next Wednesday before the money is received by Ashley. There might not be an announcement until then.
