The only positive coming from this thread is, the next incoming player we're linked to, should definitely be signing as that's how it seemingly works now.

Granted they've done more in two years than Ashley ever did. And will continue have more ambition than Ashley ever did. But would Ashley have allowed this situation given he would've continued to run the club into the ground. Makes you think.
