Don't think HBA is the kind of person who would ever sacrifice his style of play totally. He'd leave and play somewhere else than be changed too much. I hope pards lets him have a free role on the right and doesn't make him track back every single time but that's asking too much. As tmonkey mentioned above, whilst I am a big fan of Pardew now, I think his HBA stuff for about three-four months was frustrating, hopefully it'll be much smoother this year

Carroll's confidence must be shocking at the moment. Rodgers is obviously desperate to get rid, if Carroll does stay at Liverpool for this upcoming season he's going to be shite. Wouldn't pay over £8m for him and would not have him over £50k on wages. Don't see how we can avoid the latter in a loan deal and don't see how we would get him for less than £12m (obviously our 25% should help us out here) in a buy-back. I reckon it's highly unlikely. The only chance of it happening would be if the price was sub 7/8 mill. The major problem with Carroll is that he doesn't have the technical ability that we're currently looking for in all our transfer targets. He can/will be a very good player if allowed to play his game in the right team but that team is no longer us

West Ham, terrible squad. Their strikeforce is abysmal and I can see Vaz te being shite in the PL QPR, appalling squad. Just packed out with aged, past-it players and people who aren't up to the PL Swansea, people are kidding themselves if they thought Swansea were a good team last year. I know a lot of people on here didn't rate them and rightly so. They kept the ball a lot but over 30% of their possession was probably in their own half. I'd say they're currently a Joe Allen/Nathan Dyer transfer from being definite relegation fodder

He really is such a twat. I used to think 'it's a bit sad all the injuries he's had and how much of an effect it must have had on his career' but the way he handles himself, his arrogance and his delusion is painful. To think that since 2005 he's played only 100 professional matches is shocking. He's had injuries but it's the decision making that has ruined his career.

We do get great money for our players. The only team that sells better is Tottenham. I have absolutely no idea what Levy does but their transfer dealings are immense
