  1. I really feel like making a stand on this 'public mood/everyone wants Redknapp shit'. Is there a group on Facebook or elsewhere which is showing support of Roy. Want these shit tabloids to have to swallow the fact that Plasticine Face wasn't everyone's choice and that a lot of people support Roy
  2. Just watching Roy's press conference. Haven't seen any of the wank questions yet but Roy's face is just quality in a few shots. He looks like a little kid at times, such a likeable guy
  3. I thought it strange that I hadn't seen any of his posts so did a member list check but he didn't show up on there. I didn't know you could hide status like that. Cheers
  4. Did Sewelly delete his account? I noticed he hadn't posted in the past few days, did a member's check and nowhere to be found. Also Heza gone too? Can't say I ever really got his sense of humour and I've already mentioned it but Thomas seems to have left too. Strange.
  5. Ronaldo, lampard was world class for a period. He drove teams on box to box and was/is a lethal midfield goalscorer. now he's mainly a good midfield goalscorer (this will wane seriously from next season onwards) and he's losing the ability to run the midfield. He's nowhere near world class anymore and I have always been a big fan
  6. Think you're be unnecessarily over the top. People laughed at Roy because his touchline stuff was plain funny, everyone still liked him. Most people on here think England are shite because the players are lacking in motivation and are actually not as good as the top teams. I certainly won't be laughing at Hodgson if it all goes wrong because the guy is actually a very good manager
  7. In response to South Tynedale, it should 100% be Perch before Taylor. If it was my choice, I'd have Ferguson as back up and Ryan Taylor nowhere near a full back position

    Sammy Ameobi

Interesting, great credit to the Ameobi family that
  9. Perch must play if Simpson is injured. Perch, in my opinion, has been our best player of the non-regular starters throughout the season
  10. Johnson is more than a wildcard in my opinion. He should be starting. Sturridge is a greedy little shit who will spurn loads of opportunities. Young is obviously a good player so he should play even though I can't stand him. I would play Johnson over Lennon also
  11. Aye, but at least there'll be one likeable person in the England set-up
  12. I totally agree that he hasn't built up a relationship with anyone playing on the right. He doesn't build up a footballing relationship with anyone on the pitch going forward. This alone is a reason why he shouldn't be first choice next season. I'm certainly not going to slate him for the majority of defensive performances he's put in this season though, he's had some good games
  13. Totally, I would hope that people would be bright enough after the string of failures we've had over the years to realise that if Hodgson is unsuccessful, it's primarily the fault of the players and that he shouldn't be torn into much for it. He's going to put everything into it, I wish all the best
  14. They'll definitely score if we do win Everyone thought that about Man Ure but my thought was if we win it will only be if we keep a clean sheet, teams like these score their heads lift and you can get hammered. It's a fair point but Man City have so many match winners and goalscorers in their team. Even if their heads drop, I think they just need one half-chance given their quality. Still, you should put the same bet on. The 3-0 was incredible
  15. Yup, I think we're more likely to beat City if City win tonight. Just think mentally they're not there. However, if they get properly done tonight (unlikely) I think that would be amazing for us as well

    Hatem Ben Arfa

I honestly don't think people should get hung up about where he plays, as long as he gets a lot of the ball and is allowed to float around in between positions he's brilliant anywhere.
  17. He's absolutely class, such good feet and already excellent vision for his age. Will be a top player within two years
  18. They showed him in the stands, would just hope Belhanda is looking for something bigger. Don't think there's anything to worry about, chances are he'll sign someone like Ross Mccormack
  19. Podolski is perfect for Arsenal in my opinion. He's a bit of an antithesis to the other players in the team as he actually has end product along with pace. He doesn't have anywhere near the complete game of Van Persie or the technique at finishing but he is a good goalscorer, has superb movement and will improve them
  20. Liking this more by the minute, such a good lad is Hodgson (Mad Men, Otis Redding and literature props.) Wish the media would just fuck off, complete and utter fools
  21. Roy's a lovely guy and sets his teams up well. I dont like England much and expect nothing of them so if Roy get it the main reason I'll support them is for him and I certainly wont turn on him if things go wrong
  22. Barton trying to help nufc push?
