  1. Honestly man, how does he keep getting jobs. You read these things and it's the same at every club he manages, so blatantly shit yet owners don't see it for some reason.

I haven't heard about anything recently, however IIRC way back in the 1800s a businessman named Ambrose Crowley started a metalworks in sunderland. It obviously took advantage of the local labour on hand, augmented by the expertise of some of his Belgian workforce. Now, as I remember the story the mackems were so awful to work with that he moved his works to Winlaton, where the locals were extremely accommodating. He even had a pub named after him until recently, albeit in Swalwell. I think it's now called The Poacher's Pocket or something. Obviously this wasn't a shadowy cabal as he was quite open about it but I wonder if this adds to their bitterness that's been handed down through the ages. Tis indeed, Market Lane between Dunston and Swalwell.

I've had my 2 daughters singing this for weeks I've been fairly confident in us being fine and them being shit.
  4. Not even worth thinking about, as if Ashley will let him go for that small a fee...let alone Rafa.
  5. Urgh. Will miss his influence if he's out. Should still have enough to beat these.
  6. Swansea, brighton and southampton all at 4 on a sunday man, that's fuckin horrendous.

Derby away next i see... Nice. Over 6's to take 3 points if anyone fancies them to start their revival....
  8. Honestly man, I'd almost given up before he arrived. Back to following everything about the club now. What a bloke.

Won 5 in 37, need AT LEAST 2 in the remainder and that's assuming teams above don't pick any points up. I understand they've had a nack of getting out of the shit, but nah, this is different, they're absolutely useless with no players capable of dragging them up. Doon.
  11. Aye, it's just expected really. The press will try to make the most of it to upset the apple cart.

    Kenedy

If Mitrovic had scored that goal I'd never question his finishing again. I realise it was probably a one off, but f*** me any striker would love to have scored that. Demba Ba scored a couple similar to it. He was really good at making something of long balls forward, he got a great one against Norwich iirc. For a winger to come inside and do it is quite rare probably, testament to his physical attributes as much as his skill. When you say that about Ba, immediately thought of his goal v Man U, the way he adjusted to put it away. I realise this has nothing to do with kenedy or his goal just a good memory It was great Ridiculous mix of anticipation, confidence and technical ability. Sure Lindegaard was on a long run of clean sheets before Ba beat him comfortably with that'n as well. One of the best games I've been at that was I always say it's my favourite alongside the 4-4 (both better than the 5-1 imo), the atmosphere was incredible, I swear the SE corner was almost shaking Thinking about games like that make me want to get my ticket back.

  15. sackpardew.com was one of the few good things to come out of his time here.
  16. ahhh loving this Quick look back at this makes me feel on top of the world while we have Rafa http://sackpardew.com/ Forgot how brilliant that site is.
  17. Just watching MOTD again. All for the West Ham protests, shame Mike Ashley hasn't had an 'in his face' protest like that. Also, Pardew 1 up? NO MORE GOALS KEEP THE LEAD! Always works that Alan, nice one.
  18. Need to be beating these like, a win this weekend and everything looks so much better.
