I think Howe is the plan B and will be more of a stop gap until we can entice a higher calibre manager.

Not at all, I'll question their actions if I think they've done anything wrong. As far as I can see it looks like they've been here a few weeks and are looking at managers who are really above our level at this point, so I'm not exactly shitting the bed that it hasn't been finalised yet. If it dragged on another couple of weeks, I'd be concerned, but at the moment I'm just hoping they get it right.
