Doubt it. I think we have to accept that clubs will try to lobby for their best interests but the authorities in the game should be impartial. It’s the PL at the greatest fault here if true.

Yeah it is pretty huge. Shows that it was only the say so of the big 6 that was blocking our takeover. That’s corruption, anti-competitiveness and restraint of trade right there. Tricky Dicky and the PL are in a world of trouble if this is true and can be proven in law.

Totally agree with this. Also a lot of scientists are mired in dogma and refuse to accept differing views because it shatters their world view and things they have been working on throughout their career. See studies on Consciousness and whether it is located in the brain as an example.

I’d wager that even if arbitration resolves that particular issue then the PL (and their ‘big 6’ cronies) will have a contingency plan for how else to stop it.

It’s not about their knowledge of ESL, it’s about Project Big Picture.

Yeah it’s definitely slightly different to the arbitration offered by the PL last year as far as I recall.
