TBH I really think it was, as one of the major complaints by BT sport, sky, BBC and bein was that they couldn’t get justice in the Saudi courts, they now have put it in black and white by a government agency how anyone can now do that. I see what you’re saying but they said that people have always been able to do that. Maybe it’s the first time it’s been written so perhaps you’re right.
