"4 pies for dinner please. Fucking massive ones"

I absolutely despise the fact that alcohol changes game times. Depressing as fuck.

No TV fixtures yet but...

Lack of ambition is a big thing. Most players with any kind of talent are on thousands of pounds a week before they're 20 so have little motivation to improve.

Saving up as much as possible so we don't fall foul of those financial fair play laws. You'll thank him in X years!

i can't help it sick of seeing Jonas and Obertan on the left side offering nothing. None the less i'm on holiday next week so you will get a 2 week break from me I agree, just find it amusing

I really hope we sign a winger so I don't have to read any more Moleman posts about it

Another English player on the way out

Because he was released at 15 or whatever, if the surname actually made any difference he would still be here now or at least into his 20's. Sammy is here because he has been one of our more talented youth players, not because he is an Ameobi. We signed him because he's an Ameobi and have kept him because he hasn't played enough to be found out conclusively. He's Championship level at best. Aye, I'm sure the 5 years he has been here he has kept his head down enough for the coaches not to think "hang on, this lad is proper shit, he looks much worse than the other players around his age" that must be it Being good in training doesn't automatically translate to being good in real matches, when it actually matters. We only need to look at the Ameobi family tree to know that.

He was playing for Whitely Bay not too long ago. That's why.
-
It's the only reason why he's at our club so it's very pertinent.

Babayaro FC LOVE how they tried to disguise it by keeping the scores quite low till half time then just went mental in the second half.

It'll happen. This is just some kind of shit bargaining tool.

Yohan Cabaye (now sporting coordinator at Paris Saint-Germain)

Not exactly a hands off but then there never is with Mr Interesting Contract Arrangements. -
He's back, folks. Kinnear shuts up then this fraud starts up. We can't win.

It was more a sarky dig at the people who, rightly, don't believe a word he says but yeah. Bed time.

He's just telling us what we want to hear though, apparently. You said yourself a few days ago he has no say in transfers so... What a pointless post. I don't understand what you get out of this stuff. He doesn't have the final say, we all know that. He works with Carr and the regime to get deals done. Obviously he has input. Why would it be extremely doubtful, if that is what he feels we are lacking and what he wants in the team? Because it's not up to him. "It's not up to him who we go after". Is this real life? Pardew might want Darren Bent, this does not mean we (as a club) will sign him because Pardew does not have final say. He does not dictate our transfer strategy. All the evidence suggests this. This does not mean (are you still with me?) that it's not a good thing that our manager knows what our weak positions are. Phew. The fact that he's talking as though he's in charge of signings means he's telling us what he thinks we want to hear. Telling us that he has very little say would be telling us the truth. There's a big difference if you want to see it.
