Burn actually doing well. But sat so deep and we can’t get out at all down that side with him receiving the ball of Pope or Botman.

I think we’re re-writing history a bit. He was never any good being a bit part player and he needed a run of games. He was never going to get that here. I also think he started playing within himself a bit. Looking extremely hesitant on the ball and when getting into promising attacking positions. The whole reason people wanted him sold. Was because he couldn’t do a job as a bit part player. I’m not saying Willock can, either TBH. But I don’t really think it was an either/or decision and I doubt anyone was even in for Willock. Glad he is doing well. He will be good for them in the right set up and getting games every week. Very pleased for him and Anderson. But they needed to leave to become regular starters.

I think it will be. But like I mentioned the other day. Our build up looks even worse than usual in that system and I’ve never seen us click in an attacking sense. Only glimpses v Arsenal in the league when we lost 1-0 and the cup game at SJP.

I just think it will be a tough and not particularly interesting game. They’re pretty dreadful to watch compared to previous Arsenal sides. Plus we’ve been involved in a load of dreadful, boring games in the league already and are yet to get going in an attacking sense.

Why are we playing in Arsenal’s kit?

If we manage to win today. Then what will Lego Heed’s complaint be? I’m going with something to do with time wasting, which would be fairly ironic. Or a moan about Tindall winding up their bench.

Is the standard of goalkeeping in the league at an all time low? Seems like most games you watch. A goal goes in and you immediately think ‘keeper should be doing better there.’ A bit like when the game started transitioning to more teams playing it out from the back and defenders were getting stick for just not being able to defend. I wonder if the move to more and more keepers being involved in the build up and being great on the ball. Has led to a drop off in quality in the art of actual goalkeeping? The main attribute being good at actually keeping the ball out the net?!
