  1. wow jones at center and tiote at wing? we'll probably lose 5-0 then
  2. they fined players over twitter's comments, but no action taken against this cunt after all these shit? unbelievable
  3. Newcastle United ? 20m/10m for a player ?
  4. too true, we always f*** it up at these kinda situation...... will be very happy with a 0-0 ,1-1 draw
  5. Dzeko is my captain as well even worse i sold Aguero and bought him 100's did that this morning I reckon. Inc me.
  6. so fucking glad he didn't come off it, Rooney was my vice captain
  7. He won't reach shearers total Shearer had 2 seasons off with injury as well. And another 23 league goals scribbled off for being pre-Prem. doesn't matter , Rooney can't hit Shearer totals goals , his scoring ability will drop dramatically when he's near 30 and lost his pace , not to mention he'll probably joined Real Madrid after another 2-3 years
  8. They 100% won't. I'd bet my house on it. (Glad I haven't got one) I hope you're only laughing at the house-part. The part about them not winning the league is absolutely serious. They won't win the league as long as that old, whisky drinking Ferguson is in charge at Man Utd. After that, yes. it's going to be close this season

  11. You can go first Beren so if Shearer chosen Man United instead of us, he would justified his transfer fees in your case Edit : or West Brown is a better defender than Coloccini because he won more trophy

    Sunderland...

    well done agent Bruce
  13. On what basis? Presumably on the basis that 2sheds is a know-nothing WUM.
  14. but he was already 22 when Premier League formed
  15. That's true enough. However, that does mean that whereas Rooney can adapt to the needs of his team and the demands of a situation, Shearer basically performed one role and the attack needed to be built around it. I'd also say that Shearer, great player though he was, unlike Rooney never had much pace. But ultimately, Rooney is one of only two England players in my lifetime (Gazza being the other) who could transform a team's performance single handed. On form, he has energy, imagination, determination, skill, power - the lot - and keeps popping up all over the pitch setting problems for the opposition. I disagree on the pace element, Shearer was quite quick in his younger days. not as quick as Rooney tbh Did I ever say he was? so why you disagree? we are comparing the two now isnt it? You're putting words in my mouth. I never once said Shearer was as quick as Rooney, I disputed Cronky's original statement referring to the fact Shearer never had much pace. alright then but i tend to agree with him , depend how you read his statement , he didn't said Shearer was slow, just that never had much pace as if faster than his opponents.

  18. Rooney is IMO playing against far better defences week in, week out than Shearer did though. [/nottakinganythingaway] That's not true at all tbh. What? IMO defences these days are a bit better than 10 year ago. Not rocket science. no , attacker are more protected and easier to score now IMO . 10 years ago, defenders allowed to throw in some tough tackles but they'd be booked/sent off now.
  19. Santon most probably won't start according to this preview http://www.sportinglife.com/football/premiership/newcastle/news/story_get.dor?STORY_NAME=soccer/11/09/09/manual_090052.html&TEAMHD=newcastle&BID=332
