I'm not convinced. In our case it's very easy to say that a selection of fans that could demonstrate at least some tactical acumen could do a better job than Pardew, but what about the pressures associated with the job? As an armchair manager you get to make all the decisions you like but never have to live with the consequences, good or bad. Put yourself in the actual position and suddenly, billy big bollocks with his full on attacking line up might shrink a bit. How long before the fans have a fight on the side lines as well because they can't agree on a substitution or tactical change? We also see some f***ing mental line ups on here that scare the living s*** out of me, that people think it could possibly work in a real world situation, imagine they could somehow get them put into action!
