  1. It’s Sancho who’s on £350kpw. Fucking crazy.
  2. Man Utd player warming up gives Brentford the ball for a quick throw in….?‍♂️?‍♂️?
  3. Fred, Martinez and Shaw off at HT
  4. Buying more shit, hopefully
  5. Currently being interviewed for the next out of their depth ‘ex player turned manager’ for the Man Utd position, in an attempt to instil that old school team spirit again?
  6. 5’9” but the point still stands. Physically seems unsuited to the league.
  7. Except for Eriksen and Werner off the top of my head who were both linked pretty regularly?
  8. “It’s been difficult, of course. But I hope [those predicting my exit] are getting a slap now from your bosses, to say, ‘You haven’t done your job’. Whoever your source was, didn’t get it right.” can’t see Howe ever saying the like
  9. Bournemouth 2-0 up against Villa
  10. Nick de Marco thinks otherwise https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/sportsnews/article-10631815/amp/Chelseas-rivals-question-Roman-Abramovich-write-debt-without-breaking-rules.html
  11. Because the season had just started, he’d just signed players, and that’s what the majority of people would say? I personally don’t think that the quotes imply his loyalty is only until the season end. Think you need to change back to sadness again.
  12. Because they bring in four times as much money as we do? Plus they also weren’t allowed to sign anyone for a year, so that has helped them massively too.
  13. Why’s that? They not do instalments like everyone else?
  14. He’ll be there or thereabouts for England when Southgate leaves, as he was in the running last time and was nearly offered it before Southgate according to Howard Wilkinson. Howe has always said he’d be interested and that it would be his ultimate job, but I think he’d want to get it in later years. He’s very loyal and I couldn’t see him turning his back on Staveley etc unless they also wanted rid, in which case he’d be doing a bad job with us anyway. whilst with Bournemouth, Howe said: “They (the Football Association) haven't come to me and my message is very similar. I am committed here, I love the job and I have a lot more to do here," Howe said. "I think I have said in many interviews that the England job is the ultimate job. "I have signed players very recently and I am committed to them, I have a future to them, the rest of the season. "It's all hypothetical of course but I could not turn my back on this club. I want to show loyalty to the people who have employed me, the same loyalty that they showed me. "My aims are to move this club forward, to try and lead this club up in the Premier League this season and that is my only thought. "It sounds arrogant but I am not interested in the (England) job now, but you never know what will happen in the future".
  15. More than likely, seeing as that’s how the vast majority of transfers are paid. This £20m upfront news means fuck all. £20m upfront as a first payment could potentially mean we can buy a £100m player over 5 years. It’s meaningless.
  16. It’s neither obvious that we will, nor “likely”, like you say, that we won’t get an attacking player. we’ve still got four weeks to go ffs- no one knows either way.
  17. Nearly a quarter of his game time is via coming on as a substitute though? It’s no wonder he won’t get into positions or goal scoring chances when he’s only on for the last few moments of a game.
  18. 23 goals and 21 assists in 89 appearances is terrible?
  19. Which is why we’re linked with striker/winger/forward types like Ekitike or Werner rather than an out and out CF?
