Don't think the attendance gains would be worth the build cost, I dunno what a L7 Gallowgate would take the capacity up to...I'd guess 60k at most.

It would look lop sided if it had one single tier all the way up though wouldn't it? It would have to be a steeper incline since Level 7 sort of sits above the tier below. I did a mock up of how it would look with a Level 7 Gallowgate a few years ago.
