So my partner whom I had supported for a long time in everything they did got possessed by a demon called 'my-kasshleee' ever since they have been abusive towards me, been no where near as much fun to be around, but regardless I have supported them throughout and tried to encourage them, maybe the demon would go away, maybe things would change. Now it has become clear that the demon rather than leaving as hinted a bit ago has doubled down and is now making my partner stab me a lot. Now I hear a lot of people saying I should still support my partner, I think I should try and get my partner treatment and try and get rid of this demon that has destroyed the good parts of them. What should I do, carry on cheering as they insert the knife into my stomach? That's what proper partners do right? Trying to get them the treatment would definitely mean I didn't love them as I should of course. What a horrible thing for a partner to do.

Luke Edwards is a chump but I think some of the sympathy of the local press comes from the double edged sword of most the north east press knowing him very well, and him being a likeable guy who gives them time. On the one hand they'll never probably struggle to find out his opinion on anything but on the other hand they all like him and don't want to be the one to stick the knife in, even though that is their job to some extent. He has had one game against a team we ultimately expected to lose to so I do see why it can be seen as an overreaction, it's just everything we feared came to pass, poor tactics, bad subs, players clearly confused and without the drilling and preparation we have come to expect. Just lobbed on a bunch of attacking players and gutted the midfield as soon as they scored. Players clearly no idea what they were supposed to be doing. He's exactly as bad as feared. No idea how anyone watching the premier league for the last 5 years thinks gutting the mid with 30 minutes to go isn't an invitation to any team to just pass it around and see the game out. Our defence looked shit throughout, and any positives, which there were from first half were annulled. No intensity and gave the ball away far too much. Shocking.
