Ba's scoring will possibly drop off a bit with Cisse in the team as I suspect he'll probably feel less need to shoulder all the goal scoring burden, he'll cause problems for defenders and feed Cisse with any luck.

The other problem is, if we're treating this pure business, doesn't Krul still have ages left on his contract? Krul is only going to get better and is going to be worth more before his value drops. Can't see selling him now makes any sense.

Would be funny if it's true considering that he is pretty much Sunderland's only creative outlet. If they lose him, they'll have an unspectacular second half of this season. Looking at our squad-sheet now, how far my opinion has come on since the start of the season is staggering. I remember thinking without Nolan and Barton we were thin and relying on unproven players. Now I look at the squad and think we have a very decent, young team with plenty of industry but also flair. I even have loads more faith in our young players coming through the ranks.
