I go out to celebrate brothers birthday and i come back to this ffs, what happened? I heard someone say Jonas played central in the first half is that true and if so how did he do? I mainly ask because a 4-3-3 could be devastating with the two demba's ben arfa uptop and Tiote, Cabaye and Jonas in midfield IMO. Does anyone think Ben Arfa will be made as a scape goat? anyway bad day at the office, need to get it behind us as quick as possible and look forward to the next 2 games which IMO are both very winnable. Nah not really, but i was talking about his time at Chelsea in any case and anyway it seems to me that you did because you referred it as "seasons" He was only there for 1 year ffs He was a great player but not consistent and definitely not on Eto'o's level imo. There was no inconsistency with Drogba during his prime. He scored and assisted goals for fun and was terrific defensively. Not quite true....... Between 2007 and 2009 he scored 13 goals in 43 league games........ Theres only two seasons during his whole time at Chelsea is where he scored goals for fun..... which was 2006-07 and 2009-10 the rest of the seasons at Chelsea were full of inconsistency. There's a reason people say " on his day he's unplayable" because he didnt consistently have those days. He was injured a hell of lot during 07-08 and 08-09. During his peak he scored and assisted for fun, as I said. So his prime consisted of 2 seasons in his whole career? because thats the only time he scored goals for fun, the rest were just poor, average or decent seasons. @ Tiresias What fun would there be in that?

Eto'o is one of the most lethal strikers i have ever seen and quite underrated as far strikers go when people bring out thier lists.... Never really got the true credit he deserved IMO, for example he was the reason Barca won thier first 2 CL of this great era they find themselves in he was just as in important in my view as Ronaldinho for thier rise to the top if not more important. Drogba was unplayable on his day but far too inconsistent for my money. Eto'o is better IMO.

Yh i agree, i dont ever take them out they are for indoor use only, for out and about earphones are lot more practical.

Hang on i just realised you said such headphones, i would never waste my money on such trash lol....... I thought you was questioning the appeal of headphones in general. Headphones like Beats by Dre cost extreme amounts of money for the quality the product provides and quite frankly i think people get them for the name. You cant equal quality but still a good make for much cheaper.

On top of what Dave said they are just much higher in sound quality than earphones or standard speakers. I have one for gaming and one for music and films

If Cabaye is out then Ben Arfa sorta has to start, there will be no creativity at all otherwise. It will be like the 30 mins against QPR but for 90 mins

In general i would agree its rated fairly also winning the CL doesnt show the strength of a league, Barca are in the semi's nearly every yr for half a decade it doesnt make Spain the best tho. Spanish clubs have won 4 of the last 10 Europa Leagues too, you know. Personally, I'm not too impressed by the strength in depth of the German league, particularly the bottom half. I do like watching it, mind. But the fact that Cissé has performed so well in a pretty terrible team is actually a good sign. Yh iam aware of that i was just using it as an example. TBH i think defences as a whole have gone down over the last few years if in Serie A which was always considered the best you can get some cricket scores...... But on average id probably agree with him that Germany defences are better, very underrated league is Bundesliga.

I was more thinking for the summer, i dont think we will sign a fullback this window. It will be a CB and that will be it, ideally depth signings and a fullback in the summer.
