  1. I wouldn't be surprised if Joselu keeps the starting spot mind and i thought that when he came on last week, mainly because he provides linkup play and a presence Gayle doesn't have.
  2. Eh? They've just scored a 97th minute winner for a game they'd have left at 4am to watch. They not allowed to celebrate like? Did I say they weren't allowed to celebrate? This "omg they're celebrating like they've won the world cup!!" is the absolute worst craic imagineable though. As if they're supposed to tone down how much they enjoy a last minute winner. They were jumping onto the field ffs. Of course it was over the top. No one's denying their right to celebrate, settle down. So what? Let's lose our s*** because we barely squeaked by a team we've outspent by hundreds of millions of pounds. It's a last minute winner in a game you didn't think you were going to win, any fan for any club would do the same thing. Think of the context of the situation, the money is irrelevant to how a player or a fan feels in that moment.
  3. Aye, i hate the yellow card for taking your shirt off in celebration too. Both are horrendous rules which have no place in the game.
  4. Nathan Ake is an example too where if he does come and enjoy it, there's a fair chance he'd come back anyway. Based on today i'm not sure i'd want him mind
  5. Something has been made abundantly clear to me in the first 3 games, Guardiola doesn't know his best team yet and is lucky they haven't lost yet. He'll have to figure it out soon, seeing as it's job to figure shit like that out.
  6. There was stoppages in added time 2 minutes' worth? At the start they wasted like 2 minutes, with that Guardiola and Howe stuff among other things. Got no problem with the the amount of time added once you give 5 mins, although i would question why there was 5 mins extra to begin with.
  7. I didn't realise Dembele got 20 assists last season, impressive stats for anyone matter about a teenager.
  8. Didn't they want Dembele and Coutinho? It didn't sound like an either/or situation. At least before they realised it would cost 300m to get them both
  9. Aye because we are in the position to be picky.
  10. Would have had 20 if he didn't get injured IMO, his pace made him really hard to stop. I worry that he's lost all that though.
  11. Well that's just fucking stupid, i doubt Rafa would reject that either so it's obviously Ashley BS again.
  12. It's probably the best position for position replacement tbf, the only alternatives is going for a more sure thing but ultimately will prove not good enough in a couple of years. Going for potential is probably the best possible course of action.
  13. After the Neymar sale i think everybody you could have signed would have a either been a massive risk or underwhelming tbf. The only way you could have avoided it slightly is accepted Neymar was going ahead of time and bought in replacements before you got the 200m, but that would take some forward thinking which seems to be lacking atm.

Probably because we have had 3 injuries to it already, apply the same to any team in the league and they'd be barebones as well.
  15. Making your mind up on a player purely based on stats.
  16. Doesn't Montolivo play the same role? Yes but he's bad.
  17. According to Sky Italia, Juventus are in talks with Milan to sell Marchisio. WTF are in the world are Juventus playing at?
  18. Like a dad playing with his kids.
  19. That's the championship though, i genuinely feel like his lack of pace will prove to be a problem in the PL. At least on the wing anyway.
