I'll ignore the fact Rafa will never do that for a second and ask who would be the wing backs? we literally don't have the bodies atm with Yedlin's injury.
-
Oh right, disregard what i said then. I meant for the PL.
-
It will be the same back 4 as Spurs when Dummett and Lejeune went off, Manquillo-Mbemba-Lascelles-Clark.
-
Florian Lejeune (now playing for Rayo Vallecano)

Absolute nonsense. Dummett is an excellent CB. Now that's absolute nonsense -

If we are being honest, if we can't trust Lascelles, Mbemba and Clark against Huddlesfield, Forest and West Ham then who can we trust them against? -
We are signing Joselu, how ungrateful can you be.

Dave gave you a chance to dig yourself out of that one and you just ended up bulldozing yourself deeper. Nice work. The original phrase was 'borderline top ten', I think he's closer to 'borderline top four' than that. Jeez. He's not, he wouldn't start for Everton for example.
-
Aye, they mention that in the article actually referencing Coutinho and Barca.
-
Wow, i know people have wanted that for years but i never actually thought it would happen.
-
No one is saying they were shit signings, just that buying these players can impact us long term considering our owner is a cheap asshole so because they didn't cost much doesn't mean there's no downside meaning you have to be very careful. Also no one is blaming Rafa, he's not the one that gives the wages or the money for transfer fees.
-
Technically Lazaar, Hanley etc were low risk signings, look at that's effecting us now. I personally wouldn't want another player we'd just have to replace in a year or so just because he's cheap. Hopefully he's not that, but I'd be very concerned with "low risk" signings.

You know the rules Mole, you're not allowed to change your mind or have a different opinion a few years later. Internet rules mate, you're scum unfortunately fella

Huddersfield Town vs. Newcastle United - 20/08/17 @ 1.30pm (Sky Sports)

Mbemba CB & Clark LB >>> Clark CB & Haidara LB Aye, plus Mbemba and Clark both played fullback in pre season. It's quite obvious until further notice Rafa trusts them both more than any LB we have apart from Dummett. -
Aye because things said 4 years ago apply today
-
Have no idea who he is but i'll take any keeper who isn't a fat mess tbh

While i agree, let's not kid ourselves. Our lack of chance creation has been a problem for years Creativity is a upper midtable problem. Our defending is what relegated us last time. I don't think that's going to be a problem this time, as long as we don't get more injuries than we already have.
-
We have Rafa though, i suppose that's the point however.

Antonio, Hernandez, Ayew, Arnautovic, Lanzini, and (maybe) Carvalho is miles better than mercenary squad QPR put together. Have no idea how Carvalho will improve them but as of right now all those names haven't exactly made them a good team. They've played one game against a team that may be a legitimate title contender. Also, I'm far from convinced by Bilic - the right manager could figure out how to put those pieces together up front (it likely includes at least one of the above on the bench). I am saying that based on more than just yesterday mind, they haven't looked like a good team in a long time. They just look like a team of individuals who in reality are not as good as they think they are.

It doesn't mean anything IMO, if we sign Perez then that might mean something. Pretty sure he'll be third choice now. We might be able to flog him to get enough to pay for Perez if that's what Rafa is thinking. That's what i mean, i don't think it changes anything unless we buy a striker. Rafa preferred Murphy anyway I'd definitely want him sold if it meant we got Perez mind.
