I did think the ref was poor allowed Bournemouth to get away with way too many fouls. Cook is a prime example- I lost count the number of fouls he made. I am not saying this is why we lost but it didn't help us find a rhythm and also could/should have resulted in red. Which could have changed the narrative.

It was like the perfect storm - we just weren't at our best and Bournemouths tactics exploited that to perfection. To a man they were excellent- marked man to man, didn't give our players any space. And when we made a mistake they were quick to pounce and take advantage. They got their tactics spot on.

Eddie isn't going to come out and say we've £100mil to spend so I don't know what people were expecting him to say. Their tactic has always been - if the right player is available we'll go for it rather than compromising to getting someone who happens to be available just to make numbers. And let's be fair - it's worked very well - we've the best Defence, Midfield and striker in the league.

I agree - but that ain't DCL. Would rather give Osula a run than spend a penny on DCL.

Seriously what do people like about DCL? He's 27 (so technically should be in his prime) and his goal scoring record is average at best. Been woeful this season.

Targett tbf was class when he first joined and helped keep us up so I would class that as a hit. I still think he's a decent player just not on par with Hall
