I'm in form with two winners from three today so I'll put my two pennies worth in. It's the best horse in the race but in horse racing that doesn't always count for everything. First time out this season where as Taquin Du Seuil has a run under his belt. TDS is a gritty type and stays all day. There's not a lot else to worry about as Menorah and Medermit were good juveniles but aren't the same class as the first two in the betting. The Giant Bolster finished 3rd in the Gold Cup in March so might be worth an E/W punt at a bigger price. I'm going to back that E/W and also back Silviniaco Conti but only small - I'm not a big fan of backing horses that are having their first run of the season.

He reads the game well, picks a pass well and is strong in the tackle. He has the attributes to be a top defensive midfielder. I fucking love the kid
-
I'm barely watching the match. I'm just watching him. He reads the game so well.
-
Fucking hell - I've never known the stadium so quiet. It's normally a shit atmosphere but normally there's the odd song or the odd rumble. It's just sheer silence.
-
Abeid reads the game very well. Lovely on the ball as well.

Abeid is like my new HBA. So happy to see him playing

Phil Jones went to Man U for like £16m after about 20 games for Blackburn, and Smalling was bought after 10 games for Maidstone and like 4 for Fulham. If the big teams are convinced he's good enough, there'll be bids. for every jones there's a berahinho just saying He's played about 1 full season in the Premier League and I'd put money on him leaving WBA soon. He's also 21, Aarons is 18 - not many 18 year olds show this much potential. If he keeps this up between now and January then there will be offers, it's been seen many times before when a young English player shows this much raw ability.

to who? I'd imagine there'd be plenty of takers given the talent he has shown.
-
I'm just so I haven't got it in me to reply. I couldn't help but converse. He's just came out with a classic: What is wrong with these people?
-
Someone has just commented this on my FB status re:Pardew I'm just so I haven't got it in me to reply.

His technical ability annoys me but still think he has a lot to offer.

Is it? Why? I hate him for degrading this club to the level it is now. One result in the cup doesn't change that, I'd be a weak minded person if that was the case. It's up anyone how they want to support the club. You hate Ashley right? so do you credit him for the players he's got us, that helped win that game? or no? I hate Ashley and Pardew, they have both degraded the club and more-so it's fans. Why do you want rid of Pardew? Why do I want rid of Ashley? FOR NEWCASTLE UNITED. Therefore, my statement stands. It's not to say you're week minded, it's to say you see a stand alone result or game for what it is. I haven't once said he is an amazing manager or he is the man to take us forward. I said he got it right. That is simply not being deluded and looking through anti-Pardew tinted glasses. Ashley's money and staff got us those players. They are half-decent too. I cannot dispute that. I can seemingly dispute the money he takes out the club though and how much better off we might be if he put a bit more back into it. He has defaced the clib of it's integrity by employing someone like Pardew and plastering his s*** all over our ground. Pardew is a c*** yes...but even c***s have a function sometimes and this c*** has functioned tonight, simple as. "He got it right" - Are you joking? He tried to throw the fucking game with his team selection. As someone pointed out the young players stood up and put a magnificent amount of effort in to win the game. There is no way on earth Pardew "got it right", tonight.
-
I'm seeing all these comments about how great he was but I'm with you on this one. Much like his career he was shit for the majority but put 100% in. He'll turn out to be the most hated player of the season when Pardew picks him every week despite shit performances.
-
I know that's the way it should be and always has been with the likes of Souness but for some reason it doesn't feel like that and I can't change it.
-
I'm really struggling to refrain myself from making a twitter account and abusing that c***. I abused him like Keep up the good work I might book a day off work to specifically sit and send 1000s of messages to him because that's how sad and obsessed I am and ultimately I couldn't care less if it's pathetic I'm utterly depressed tonight like and we've just qualified for a cup quarter final - something isn't right

Brilliant tonight.
-
Looked far more confident without Williamson next to him. 100%. I'm convinced having Williamson near him makes him a worse player. He showed leadership qualities tonight with a lot of youngsters around and at the end he led the players over to the away end. I've never been convinced he's finished - still believe there's a competent PL centre half in his old legs.
-
I would happily accept ten more years of Pardew in exchange for a trophy Not sure on that tbh. Absolutely no way. Fuck that, imagine his face man.
-
Fuck this shit. I hate football. Don't enjoy winning, and don't enjoy losing. I'm feeling nothing again after that game.
-
The only thing that keeps me going is the thought of a street party on the day he leaves.
-
3000, why you so keen to know? Just curious. Even 3k to go watch us get bummed for a weeknight sky match in our situation is a great turnout. Just double checking I wasn't insane when I heard a few people we'd sold 7k. Ultra cheap tickets and it's half-term. Recipe for decent numbers and atrocious 'banter' in the ground. I was discussing the possibility of going down this afternoon until me and my mate realised it would be full of annoying little kids asking to suck Pardew off.
-
I'm glad I'm not in this alone
-
It's like an AA meeting "Hi everyone. My name is Andymc1 and I..I...I'm a Pardew-hater." That's how I feel. It's the running joke in the local about how much I hate him and now I can't go in without someone trying to wind me up. After a few pints I bite and they go home happy, I end up raging.
-
I feel sick. He's still my first thought in the morning and my last thought at night. I think I need to go to the doctors - even my Dad was telling me on Sunday that I was obsessed after I told him I couldn't enjoy beating Spurs. Them Facebook groups don't help
