  1. Wow. Blast from the past Ferencvaros 0 KI Klaksvik 3, the Faroes side were like 14/1 to win pre match so God knows what happened there. The Hungarians obviously won their league last year and got to the Europa League L16 as well.
  2. Doesn't look like that Soccerone YouTube channel are showing matches this week. It's good that TNT Sports are showing a couple of games for those wanting to watch, and I guess Maccabi Haifa are the biggest team in this round so may get a few more viewers than most, but not ideal having a match where one team is 4 up from the away leg, especially when there's two finely poised ties on at the same time.
  3. Yep 8 matches tonight and 7 tomorrow. 2 matches on the newly branded TNS Sports (ex BT Sport) 4pm - Struga vs Zalgiris (0-0) - Live on TNT Sports 2 6pm - Flora vs Rakow (0-1) 6pm - M Haifa vs Hamrun Spartans (4-0) - Live on TNT Sports 1 6pm - Sheriff Tiraspol vs Farul Constanta (0-1) 7pm - BATE Borisov vs Partizani Tirana (1-1) 7pm - TNS vs Hacken (1-3) - Live on S4C 7pm - Zrinjski vs Urartu (1-0) 8.15pm - Breidablik vs Shamrock Rovers (1-0) - Live somewhere in ROI
  4. https://www.oddschecker.com/football/womens-international/womens-world-cup Just having a look at some of the individual match odds, and seems hardly worth watching until the knock out stages - Costa Rica 150/1 at Sky Bet to beat Spain, who also have Vietnam at 200/1 to beat USA, Haiti 100/1 to beat England etc. If you get the B side around 13/2 then that looks pretty competitive, relatively. 32 teams clearly works better for tournaments, 2 going through, 2 going out and none of this best third place, and I guess having these less fancied teams might help the sport grow in that particular country, but it seems like they have expanded it well before it's time, and probably get a few pointless 9-0+ type wins in the opening days, and then no doubt more discussions about goal sizes and what not.
  5. If you type 'Newcastle Gateshead' into YouTube the first result is highlights lasting 8 mins 20

    Lewis Miley

Seemingly another decent cameo today and nice assist for the winner. Do you think he gets loaned out at all this season, possibly in January, or just mainly train with the first time and possibly get the odd 10 mins here and there if we are a couple of goals up late on?
  7. 28 players seems quite a big squad for only 22 or so league games, some players will surely get next to no playing time all season. Unless a few more of the originals get moved on in the coming weeks. You'd think with limited midweek games they could get by with around 20.
  8. Can see this putting Kvaratskhelia right off if he's stumped up his tenner for National League TV.
  9. Think Dubs was on intl duty with Slovakia so would fit into the other category as well, but aye, surprised Lascelles wasn't involved. Him in for Savage, Miley in for either Lewis or Manquillo and Murphy in for the other and it would have looked a lot more respectable.
  10. Crazy line up, had to Google who Savage was. 4 full backs, 5 if you include Burn, Ritchie not too far off one as well. Christ knows how they will line up. ------------------------Darlow--------------------------- Trippier-----Savage--------Burn--------Targett---Manquillo Ritchie-----------Longstaff------Anderson---------Lewis --------------------------ASM----------------------------
  11. They'll probably start charging £3.99 or something to watch a standard new signing video soon
  12. Wouldn't be a fan of that. Would prefer to avoid Rangers and get proper overseas trips, and then Bayern and Atletico, while great trips, would obviously make it hard to get out of the group. Not sure if Rangers will even get there to be honest, I don't think they will be among the favourites to come through the 'league route', despite their superior co-efficient to many.
  13. Tonight's big results: Astana 1 Dinamo Tbilisi 1 HJK 1 Larne 0 Hacken 3 TNS 1 Farul Constanta 1 Sheriff Tiraspol 0 Slovan Bratislava 1 Swift Hesperange 1
  14. £10 for a friendly against non league opposition is mad like. I'd still be complaining at £3 but they'd surely make a lot more profit charging that amount and far more purchases than they would the tenner.
  15. Northern Ireland champs Larne concede a penalty after 55 seconds against HJK Helsinki and are subsequently a goal down. Stream on that Soccerone YT channel.

Aye, you always see that lad with the tattoo at games. I always thought it was Adam P's mate 'Rusty' (often in his match videos) for some reason, but definitely not.
  17. Tonight's results: Urartu 0 Zrinjski Mostar 1 Lincoln Red Imps 1 Qarabag 2 Zalgaris 0 Struga 0 Hamrun Spartans 0 Maccabi Haifa 4 Olimpija Ljubljana 2 Valmiera 1 Rakow 1 Flora 0 Ballkani 2 Ludogorets Razgrad 0 Klaksvik 0 Ferencvaros 0 Partizani Tirana 1 BATE Borisov 1 Shamrock Rovers 0 Breidablik 1 Rovers have a lot to do following their home defeat. Great win for Ballkani of Kosovo, they were 7/2 to win on the night.
  18. Shamrock were 4/6 pre match faves, but the Islanders are 1-0 up through a good free kick and deservedly so. 9-0 in corners, 70% possession, and Rovers are currently 10/1 in play.
  19. Shamrock Rovers match is also on that Soccerone YT channel with English comms. I would have posted the link, but won't be legit.
  20. If you type 'Lincoln Red Imps' into YouTube there's a stream under the channel Soccerone. Currently 1-0 up on Qarabag which is a bit of a surprise as the latter are regulars in various group stages.
  21. Just posted on another forum so copying and pasting here. 10 First qualifying round matches tonight. All of them bar Olimpija and Shamrock matches have Bet365 streams: Urartu (ARM) vs Zrinjski Mostar (BIH) 4pm Lincoln Red Imps (GIB) vs Qarabag (AZE) 4.30pm Zalgaris (LTU) vs Struga (MKD) 5pm Hamrun Spartans (MLA) vs Maccabi Haifa (ISR) 7pm Olimpija Ljubljana (SVN) vs Valmiera (LVA) 7pm Rakow (POL) vs Flora (EST) 7pm Ballkani (KOS) vs Ludogorets Razgrad (BGR) 7.45pm Klaksvik (FRO) vs Ferencvaros (HUN) 7.45pm Partizani Tirana (ALB) vs BATE Borisov (BLR) 7.45pm Shamrock Rovers (IRL) vs Breidablik (ISL) 7.45pm
  22. I signed up to Viaplay Sports before the Nations League a few weeks ago just to keep my football fix going at the time, plus a few Euro qualifiers on there as well. I noticed that they had picked up the Gold Cup rights so was vaguely interested until I saw the USA and Canada's team, don't really know many Mexico players anyway, but seemingly they have gone weak too, and I've not watched a match. Jamaica looked to have picked as strong as they can and a lot of familiar English football names involved: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jamaica_national_football_team#Players Bell who was playing in the playoffs for Luton vs Sunderland, Pinnock of Brentford, Decordova-Reid, Antonio, Bailey of Villa, Demarai Gray, and many other lesser known UK based players as well. 12 of their players were born in Jamaica, the other 11 in England. I need to make sure to cancel it in the coming days, as don't want to pay another £15 for no reason.
  23. It was a right faff on. I got the same as above when trying this morning about my age despite the D.O.B being set. In the end I had to reset my password and give my details to my brother and he eventually sorted it, but reckons he was on a couple of hours trying to buy 5 tickets - even had to set up an email address for a 7 year old FFS , but we've got 5 tickets in the East Stand, a 3 generations, looking forward to it.
  24. I remember turning my nose up at the £20 last year for the friendlies, was surprised at the decent attendances, and couldn't get a sniff of a ticket for the rest of the season . Similar opposition this year. Think I'll be (hopefully) getting 3 adult tickets for the Sunday and a junior, £105 is pricey, but the last match I was at was the 0-0 vs Oxford under Bruce , so keen to go.
