Exactly, so wouldn't the blame be better placed on the people he's making excuses for? We could bring in best DOF and he is never going to change our transfer dealing while we are clearly working with a broken set of policies.

We have a new DOF and still transfers are slow and excuse ridden. The one man that should in my opinion is MA that should be getting the stick for it. I by no means think pards is the man for the job by a long shot. But what it seems to me is pards is essentially tmaking excuses for his bosses mishaps. Shoot the messenger springs to mind

because he wants to go wheeling and dealing fact is no ones even come close to paying for him this summer and no one will, no one is going to risk millions on someone who may end up in jail I wouldn't be so convinced. His relegation release clause still might make him a very interesting proposition, depending on the chance of him being charged, and then convicted. Out of interest, does anybody know how long he would go down if found guilty? Ah I see. Always thought if they had enough evidence they would just pull you in. But clearly no physical evidence had been found, otherwise would have been an instant charge. Is a dismissal allowed should we take a chance on him (if found guilty of course) or would we be stuck with him? Or could we not put a clause into contract?

If they had enough evidence wouldn't they have charged him already? I can't see them waiting ubtill his bail date if they had enough evidence?
