Hazard's better than De Bruyne IMO. Also when you're playing in centre midfield in a team dominating possession I think the player himself has to take a lot of the blame He's been told to sit back. De Bruyne's a far more consistent player than Hazard, whoever you prefer. It's much easier to be consistent as a CM than a wide attacker mind but fair enough
