Think Arsenal and West Ham may both have been better off if they switched coaches

Not sure about that like. He's phenomenally amazing, but he's not very midfielder-y. Unless you're Pardew. In which case he should play left-midfield/auxiliary second left-back Just meant he can help in the build up and create chances. Helps to have that if your midfield is lacking, but there's real scenario for the defence like that. Its a negative rather than a plus IMO, he has to come ridiculously deep and do everything by himself because none of their midfielders can get him the ball in good areas Usually I'd agree, depends on what's in front of him i would say. Would argue Dybala being there is a big help from that aspect as he can relieve some of the creative burden from Messi. Dybala won't be playing, they both play in the same space and Dybala was poor when tried out on the wing wanted to see them play together, would still try it tbh think it's the only way they can be successful. Well like, I say that but I guess with Sampaoli now having a bit of time to gel the team, it could potentially happen but on all previous evidence it won't -

They do have an embarrassment of riches up front. I'd have gone for Icardi over Higuain, but Icardi is a bit crackers Aye, like people always go on about their great attackers and think they should be a better team but realistically you can only start Messi and one of Aguero/Higuain/Icardi at any one time, while the rest of the team has massive deficiencies -

He only has 4 caps - mental Meh, he was shite last time he played and they already have Higuain and Aguero. Dybala is only in the squad in case Messi gets injured/suspended -

And the midfield -
De Gea would have saved at least three of the goals we scored in that game IMO

They're a small country like, not like they're going to have 23 top class players -
Been looking through some compilations of best saves because of this conversation. Coupet has one which is worth a watch for Lyon vs Barca. About to get lobbed, running towards his own goal, heads it off the crossbar, the ball rebounds to Rivaldo while Coupet is on the ground and gets up to make an unbelievable save

Only just seen this. Would like to give him the benefit of the doubt but I'd say he'll be leaving Rome pretty quickly

People always forget about Casillas. Was a good article the other day on F365 about players being remembered a lot more or less fondly based on how they end their career even if overall they had similar quality at their best

Absolute abomination The DJ should be shot
-
This is proper weird at Barca
-
Don't mind Serie A getting 4 but the Bundesliga getting 4 in is pure
-
Iniesta leaves the pitch. What a man. Kicking off in Italy too
-
Messi and Iniesta one last time
-
Absolute beauty by Coutinho
-
Cedric and Cancelo are good players though. Semedo from Barca can't get in the squad either
-
They're planning on letting him go? There was talk of it, aye. Probably need to sell someone to get Griezmann
-
Would be so daft if Barca let Dembele go
-
Iniesta's been amazing
-
Just noticed Messi isn't playing though, I'd be absolutely gutted if I went to Barcelona and Messi wasn't playing
