We've actually been playing it around quite nicely at times, last 5 minutes notwithstanding. Its like some of the Nigeria players have never seen a football before I figured they'd have been decent, but they've been awful, bit more clinical finishing and we could be 2/3 up, it seems to be fairly easy to get in behind them. Presume Ndidi will start in the World Cup

Watched about two minutes and its been like Sunday League stuff Barely anyone has controlled the ball with their touch yet
  9. Doesn't seem to be any official reason. Pretty weird
  10. Not really. Same as Brasil. Really? Could have sworn that started on a Friday. Nah, Brazil-Croatia on the Thursday. Holland raped Spain on the Friday
  11. But most of all, yeah most of all, you like the way he moves
  12. Seems out of the blue. Did a cracking job. Sergio Ramos player manager please
  13. Disagree tbh. He's very good in the tackle and at intercepting and is decent physically. He has nowhere near the passing range of Shelvey for example, although not many do. His more forward balls don't come off that often bar some obvious exceptions. Positioning is his biggest issue, not our style of football imo How do you mean? In terms of where he fits in? His actual positional sense in game is very good When the other team has the ball he's often leaving gaps in front of the back four or not following runners Don't agree at all tbh, he let a runner go in that one game that was highlighted but his positional sense is absolutely fine. Why do you think he got dropped so?

  16. Unless he gets a red in his first match and a broken leg in his last. I think that's much more likely to happen than him scoring two or more goals and adding any real value to his fee. Besides which, flogging his donkey ass now and getting a fee with some time to spend it makes much more sense than raising an extra 5m but having a month less to spend it. based on what? He's never had a serious injury and hasn't been sent off this season? Ridiculous He did get away with a horrific elbow mind
  17. Because he's a good coach? He was doing a great job before they refused to let him go before. I mean that's very unprofessional on his behalf but I don't think that should detract to what he was doing before that happened. In both his jobs in England he's started well and it's kind of fell apart near the end of his time. Will be interesting to see how he does
  18. Probably one for the football pet hates, but I hate it when people moan about people trying to get an opponent booked or now the above. If that person's clearly cheating then fair enough, but 7 out of 10 times I'd say the player who's protesting is normally spot on. A better way would be if a player is asking for a VAR review, it gets reviewed. If it's blatantly a wrong appeal, he gets a yellow or some.sort of suspension for being a tit and a cheat. If he's right then the ref has come to the correct decision. Aye. If some cunt hacks me down as I'm getting away I'd be screaming at the ref if they didn't get a yellow
  19. He's going to Juve. People are finding it hard to grasp "realistic"
  20. Athletic Bilbao are a pretty big club as well though, probably similar to us and near his home. He needs to play football regularly whether here or elsewhere anyway for his own sake. He does have weaknesses in his game, generally more to do with his concentration than anything else but the ability is definitely there so I hope he stays
  21. Its all incredibly grim
  22. Lampard was a really hard working player, don't see why he wouldn't be the same as a manager
  23. Fekir's more of a midfielder as well
