Must be embarrassing for Fabregas that Ramires has taken his role as the main passer in midfield

Mahrez man

Danny Simpson still backing off like a champ

Aye don't think so, just annoying

When Mark Hughes finds a system to fit in Shaqiri, Afellay, Arnautovic and Bojan with Whelan as their central midfielder, i fail to see how we can't get our best attacking options out on the pitch and we look to make excuses to why it's either one player or the other. Negative bullshit for me, what's the worst that can happen? We try it one time and we get a mauling? Not like this current system has been immune to them. This current 4-4-1-1 isn't creative enough imo, even if Perez/Mitrovic start as the two, it's still not good enough imo against the lesser sides. What is your suggestion?

Worst thing I've ever heard
-
Nobody permanent. Bellamy last week, not sure about tonight
-
Aye but when Sissoko plays well the rest of the team tends to play well as when he sprints into space it allows players like Wijnaldum to get into the box, gives Perez extra space as they go to close down Sissoko. How many of Wijnaldum's goals have heavily involved Sissoko? Almost all of them I would've thought
-
The bigger problem is not scouting players in line with what the team need rather than not buying domestic players IMO. Mbemba is a good Colo replacement if that was the intention but it obviously wasn't
-
The bloke who turns up for 4-5 games a season. Sissoko will go back to being shit in no time; the better option is for the other 4 to play and build an understanding. Shit = Losing the ball while trying to create things while nobody else creates anything Also 4-5 games a season is a lie

Wouldn't rule Juve out against Bayern. PSG will hammer Chelsea unless they pick up massively
-
Their preferred style doesn't lend itself to playing well against Newcastle or West Brom Liverpool or Klopp? Because Klopp's Dortmund would have annihilated us. Liverpool aren't going to be a Klopp team until earliest next season, maybe even longer depending on what he's allowed to do in the transfer market. Liverpool under Klopp. Liverpool have poor players compared to his Dortmund side so they are better suited to playing teams that will try to dominate the ball against them

If it was up to me, I'd drop Cisse, Sissoko and Colback, moving Wijnaldum in to the middle with Ayoze and Thauvin on the wings and Mitrovic up front for Villa. Never going to happen though. Think you are negating Wijnaldum's best quality, goal scoring with that plan personally
-
I think it would be incredibly difficult to justify dropping a player that has created loads of chances in the last two games like. If we had a more proven winger than Thauvin then maybe
-
Maybe not a bad idea in theory. The fear with that plan is that Thauvin isn't in any way proven as a creative force for us yet

Its f***ing simple man He's fast and athletic and obviously gets more into it as the game opens up. Don't know how people are still finding this difficult to understand Does that mean he shouldn't do the basics properly like pass the ball to a teammate or bust a gut to cover or track his man while the game is still cagey? Did you read my post like? I said he starts to play well when the game opens up, he's a poor technical player in tight areas in terms of passing, touch etc. Can't say that I notice him not tracking his man that often like He starts the game too pedestrian and lethargic. If he can't play in tight situations, then he can just do the simple stuff. I'm simply saying it's an attitude thing rather than ability. He only seems to turn it on when he starts to believe we can get something out of the game. Same exact thing happened last weekend. Its a lot easier for an athletic player to shine in the last 30 minutes than in the first 60 FACT. Dont know if this is taking the piss or what like

You seriously think he was going to be worse than Alnwick? No mate it was a joke Alreet soz
