  1. ^Well, the fact that they avoided each other in the Semi is a start. Both games are wide open, but well...so good chance of a real, dirty, nasty derby in the final. Have we ever had one before ? (Same city, not likes of Bayern-BVB etc)
  2. All perfectly set up for a Madrid Derby final. One thing is for sure, whoever comes as a victor of Chelsea-Atleti game will have a load of players suspended for the final, given how those teams play. If there is one manager who can out-bully Mourinho, it's Simeone.
  3. Damn....both managers had perfect hair. Well in Valencia. Incredibly like-able club.
  4. Think Atleti will be able to beat Chelsea even without Courtois. It's not as Chelsea are masters of creating chance after chance and putting teams under Kosh. A Julian Speroni or Brad Guzan would do the job. If Atleti win the double, it'd be the greatest footballing achievements of the last couple of decades (well, or as long as I've been following the game)
  5. For all the talk about Pulis building fortress Britannia, Stokes home record this season has been better than any season under Pulis and they've actually beaten a lot of top teams for the first time in top flight. Fuck knows how Norwich got their once in a season away win there. Game has 1-0 written all over it if Remy ain't fit.
  6. I think UEFA is dying for a Real-Bayern final, so they'll definitely avoid each other. It may be a decent marketing ploy to get Mou-Pep , and Madrid derby in semis....but I really hope to get to see Jose back in Madrid, and Bayern-Atleti. Reckon Bayern-Atleti over 2 games will be fantastic to watch. Atleti are perfectly set up to exploit Bayern's weaknesses, and I don't think Bayern can be any worse than they were over the 2 legs vs. Man Utd.
  7. And a proper manager. Moyes' subs and decisions not to take off Rooney was very costly for them tonight. I don't think this persistent to throw Hernandez in and move Rooney back to CM has ever worked for them this season.
  8. Great night of football. Hoping for Chelsea-Real , Bayern-Atletico semi finals
  9. Strange but Man Utd's bench looks more dangerous than Bayern's. Guess Pep's alternate tactics if leading will be bringing on Rafinha for an attacker and moving Lahm to midfield.
  10. #FCBayern line-up vs. @ManUtd: Neuer - Dante, Ribéry, Mandzukić, Robben, Boateng, Götze, Lahm ©, Müller, Alaba, Kroos Pep playing with only one natural central midfielder

p.s. Kaka is a world class poster. Bit like Crjuff of NUFC. Love a good purist, me.

Mourinho's current NUFC team will undoubtedly be: ---------------------------Krul------------------------ Debuchy--------Saylor------Williamson------Santon -----------------Tiote---------Anita------------------ ---Sissoko--------------HBA------------Sammy---- ---------------------------Remy----------------------- HBA one is not a given due to his Mata-esuqe work-rate...We saw Mourinho ditch Mata like dirt, but probably won't due it with HBA due to much inferior alternatives. But fuck me, This NUFC squad is so ill-suited to Mourinho's 4-2-3-1. In dire need of a couple of quality wide attacking midfielders. MYM will also be an option for midfield in David Luiz mould.

Re'Haggel has some Mind-blowing achievements. Won Bundesliga 2, then a year later Bundesliga 1, and then straight made it to CL quarter-finals the year after only to lose to Hitzfield's Bayern. and then the Euros with Greece. It's actually mental. Those things are only do-able on FIFA to be fair, doesn't look like real life achievements
  14. ^ He's been a bit wank point wise lately. Seeing Man City are playing Sunderland mid-week, a straight swap with Silva wouldn't be the worst of ideas.
  15. I have a question, if on Friday's draw Chelsea get a Wednesday-Tuesday draw for Semis, can/will Sky move the LFC vs. Chelsea game back to Saturday ? Or will it just stand as it is, and it'll be played 48 hours before the second leg? Reckon Mourinho will go on a big rant if that's the case indeed. Fingers crossed.

Jesus Christ, I don't like Mourinho but has nothing to do with his personality in that way. More to do with his football teams being absolute bore to watch even with the players he has at his command. When Klopp does the same running no one says anything. Difference is, Klopp is actually entertaining the audience on the football pitch and comes across as natural, compared to Mourinho who spends hundreds of millions to bore people to death and all his act comes across as pre-planned and fake. Plus, Klopp hasn't caused dressing room hysteria in his own team. He is always about BVB, looks a loyal man. Unlike the guy who picks his options and ditches at the best time all the time. It's all about him. It's never about the team. Chelsea win the league, JOSE MOURINHO won the league. Chelsea don't win the league, their bad strikers caused it. That's how it works for him. HIM HIM HIM. Not to mention eye poking opposition managers, shushing opposition fans, bollocking the ball boys, constant snide digs at his peers, and the fact that he thinks he is too clever for people. Not to mention his obvious fake praise and arse licking of his dream job when he already is manager of another club (Very disrespectful IMO), his belittling of others' achievements, and his overall snide troll face. Italian and Spanish media read him well and found him out. It rattled the c*nt and that's why he ran away from there back to his comfort zone. You see despicable scum like Materazzi and Terry loving him as their manager, but utter class and gentlemen like Casillas despising him, I think it's an easy choice to make what kind of a person he is. As a person, only Pardew is more of a c*nt as a human in the league than Mourinho in my eyes anyways.

I loathe the man. If he was a world leader instead of a football manager, he'd be in the same bracket as likes of Pinochet, Gaddafi and el. If they somehow win the CL, I think I'd be more bothered that Jose F*cking Mourinho has won another CL, than that abortion of a club and fans that Chelsea FC are. I mean, look at the clown. Sprinting down the touch down to make "tactical tweaks" to Torres of all people. He's like one of those annoying movie characters. So smug, so insincere, just such a sc*m bag of a human being. Would absolutely love it if this as he said "Worst Barca team in a decade" knock them out in Semis, failing that Pep.
  18. Anyone trusting Mourinho's words on Hazard injury ? (2 weeks out) .
  19. 3 goals in half a season. I'd opt for shit.

He's never lost a QF, but has lost 5 of his 7 semi-finals. Very positive he'll lose his 6th semis this year. the prick. PSG though, bottled it hard. Don't think I've ever seen Cavani have a top top game. Perhaps I should watch him more.
  21. Having said that, a 2-0 bet on Chelsea today was the equivalent of printing money. It was just so so obvious. Watched the BVB game, and they should have won 5-1 had it not been for Mkhitaryan being a worse finisher than Altidore
  22. Chelsea's trip to Anfield sandwiched between their 2 legs of semi-final against Jose would want to win so badly against (Madrid/Barca/Bayern). Potentially all 3 games in 6 days. http://thesimpsonsrocks.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/the-simpsons-mr-burns-excel.jpg
  23. Don't think Wilshere has done enough to warrant being a shoe-in starter. May just be his cringe-worthy pose in the new photo-shoot though. O LOOK AT ME, I'M A TOUGH BOY , I TACKLE HARD (and hence am injured half the time). Still think Roy will take and start Ashley Cole, though.
  24. Looking from a NUFC perspective, there are some decent options: Considering Fulham/Cardiff/Norwich only. Sunderland are hopeless. Caulker (at expense os Saylor) Mutch (as a starter. He is only 22) Dejagah (at expense of Mavreux for super sub role) Redmond (at expense of Obertan) Hooper (at expense of Cisse) They'll improve the squad no doubt and a couple of them can prove to break into the first 11 as well.
  25. Eriksen, Demel and Davies on my bench. That's 26 points. This weekend will be the reason why I'll fall short of N-O league title. Atrocious team selection.
