Was he a starter to begin with? No, but he hasn't even played a minute for them yet. And now behind Jadunajz (Spelling) in the pecking order. Completely ignored. Lauren is good in bed though...according to Vellios anyways
-
Rumours of Zaha being dropped because he was caught in bed with Lauren Moyes. At least one United winger is in scoring form...not bad !

Benteke OUT Lukaku IN ------------------- Shame as Benteke guarantees goals, but can't have another 3 weeks of having to play 2 strikers. Well, this means that useless twat Hazard stays for another week.

There is no hope in hell we'll challenge for the title. Especially if we don't re-enforce the midfield in January. Lucas-Gerrard partnership is struggling and will soon cause us to drop points (as it did vs Saints when they were properly pressed). I also think we may be better off permanently with 3-4-1-2 as it is likely to get the best of our 2 best players (Suarez and Sturridge)

Didn't say he was the best DM at the time, but he was definitely among top 5 based on his form from October 2010-Nov 2011. A year of pure brilliance. Our Dalglish team totally fell apart the moment he got injured. Now, he is nowhere near, but still essential for us. He's banned for Palace at home, but the Yellows he has got have been incredibly soft. Having said that, I hate the Lucas-Gerrard midfield. It's too static and struggles when they are pressed.

"best performances I've ever seen by any individual.".................Was that the first game of soccer you have ever watched Nah. I remember the game was a few weeks after City's 6-1 thrashing of United, and Silva was in unstoppable form. Lucas absolutely destroyed both him and Yaya in that game. Carroll nearly scored a last minute goal only to be denied by an excellent Hart save. Back when he was good. On the side note, I'm very impressed by Kolo Toure. Fantastic bit of business signing him for free. He should start every week.

Before that dreaded injury in Nov '11, Lucas was among the very best DMs in the world. His performance against City a few days before that was one of the best performances I've ever seen by any individual. Hasn't got near that level yet since his return, but he has it in him (I hope). Glad he's called up to Brazilian NT again, that should be good for his confidence

For a supposedly passing side, we are awful at passing. Just fucked off with this game despite the result.
-
An undeserved goal. Makes a nice change.
-
hope Toure doesn't get the assist for Sturridge's goal
-
Awful Awful Awful. We've genuinely regressed. Clueless against sides who press us.
-
We should be fined for wearing those kits. Awful

Can't see it. I think it'll be a 1-1 draw. Baffling to have 3 central defenders on the bench (and 3 on the pitch), while the a creative alternative who's been very decent in his outings so far (Alberto) doesn't even get on the bench. Pardew-esque by Rodgers.

I'm playing 3-5-2, and Redmond not playing, does my first sub (A defender, Koscielny) come in, or do I miss out on his points as well ?
-
Really hope it's 3 at the back, and not the usual 4-3-3 bollocks.
-
Fuck them. Hope Rafa brings them back down to earth on tuesday.....the wankfest is unbearable already.
-
27 from Zabaleta, Shaw, Yaya, Wittingham and Hazard. Mig, Sturridge, Ozil, Giroud, Coleman and Redmond to go.
-
Boss set of results today. Hope both Newcastle and Liverpool win too, so it makes this weekend extra special !
-
Toure hope Shaw keeps his clean sheet and maybe add an assist. he's my captain ffs
-
Wittingham assist already

Shocking decision

Goes back to a few years ago. I had a dream someone was knocking on the door, and I opened the door and Alex Ferguson walked in. He greeted me and sat down in the living room for coffee. My mom made us all coffee and we started chatting about politics, economy and football. I then showed him around the house, and finally my room. He saw the Liverpool scarf on my wall and smiled saying: "You're one of 'em, aren't ya". I of course confessed that I am. He then hugged me goodbye and left. I woke up full of sweat, trying to sleep again and continue, the dream but it never happened. Since then, I secretly like Alex Ferguson despite ranting against his bullying, intimidating, refereeing conspiracy stuff, and all.

James Collins (OUT) Luke Shaw (IN) ------------------------- Finally I'll have options in defense again. Guess that means Hazard staying for another week as I don't want to lose points on transfers.

I remember the good old days in fall 2011 when Bruce was sacked and RTG was soooooo anti-Benitez, and nearly all of them preferred MON. Hope we embarrass them next week, but I wouldn't bet on that. New manager bounce and all that....
-
he's always been a pragmatist, this "Rodgers waytm" has always ultimately been about about defending with possession more than rip apart with possession just don't understand how playing 4 cbs instead of actual full backs fits in with this in any way. It looks to me that all this "At least he won the passing" jokes that was being said about us when we lost games has gotten to Rodgers' head and he is avoiding a passing game sometimes on purpose. He must have balls and try different CM combination than Lucas-Gerrard, because that combination sits way too deep and doesn't have enough legs and dynamism for 90 minute football and doesn't offer enough goal threat from midfield. Now hearing Di Canio may get the sack tomorrow which means Sunderland will have new manager bounce and buzz for next week. Fuck's sake
