Pope is an obvious upgrade down the line, fantastic keeper but if we can find someone with his goal keeping skills but competent with the ball at his feet it’s already an upgrade.

Matt Ritchie wasn’t paid 10m per year

The thing about Saudi is they’ve been quiet again like in January. Maybe they’ve realised as soon as Ronaldo retires the league is totally irrelevant and given up?

Aye, can understand why we didn’t let him go but getting our money back on someone on his wage would have been great business. it comes back to being good sellers which we aren’t yet.

They have 3x our revenues, they can afford it.

As always, he doesn’t want to be here show him the door. On our terms of course.

Aye, I get it just hoping the club isn’t wet behind the ears and makes someone cough up for him.
-
Anyways a loan should be out of the question, we can’t be letting him kick the can down the road when he’s as old as he is.

He wants to go? Anyone know why?

Will be a cracking bit of business by palace mind, obviously we aren’t keen on Parish but he will have gotten a hell of a fee out of us.
-
I don’t see Eddie wanting to let Longy go.
-
Bad example my friend. YORO was only that price because Man United inflated the fee to stop Madrid.

He cost 1m low cost low risk.

Low cost low risk, what’s not to like.

I hear you, but my alarm bells have been ringing since the moment these figures were mentioned which is a shame as he’s a good player. As mentioned before, the fee plus the wages will cost us around 20m per year, that’s a huge hole to fill. Idk man, it just feels we could use that money better at RW Schar is a much better Cb than Murphy or Miggy are a right wing. let me put into some hopium and say let’s get both a top class rw and Cb and not fall foul of psr haha
-
I find it hard to overlook the price personally, I know some will say it doesn’t matter and it’s not my money but ultimately we have to pay for this deal and it will have an impact on how much we have to spend elsewhere. 65m is a really high price for us to pay for a centre back.

Stay tuned in for another this gate closed update at midday.

He’s quality but I’d be starting Tino personally. Tino will only improve where as the opposite is true for trips.

Correct, not worth the effort for such an insight less article.

I don’t think the owners would want 20 investments being told to fuck off.
