I see what you mean Sewelly but we've got more than enough players who are happy to pass it square and take zero risks, it's a huge part of why we are so boring and lacking in quality. Also given the chronic lack of off the ball movement players like Cabella don't stand much of a chance. I know it's easy to say it's all Pardews fault but its really striking how one paced and lacking in invention we've become during his tenure.
